Today was my first visit I ordered a sandwich no mayo and got a bunch of mayo I was not gonna complain so I ate it a supervisor named Tiffany came and ask how everything was I told her it was great except I wanted no mayo but ate it cause I did not want to complain she so professional friendly and surprised me with her desire to make it right she offered a remake I was ok and said no thank she came back and offer me a free meal card for next time very sweet and she went on to apologize she put herself in my shoes compassionate took my experience from a one star to a 5 then I ask for her boss to commend her she always was like let us remake it for you I was like no thanks she gave me a card to come back she well try one of our deserts there desire to make it right was tireless this place has world class service and the food was great just next time hold the mayo ?️?

It’s really a hit or miss with Mccalisters. I dislike the fact when you place an order for Caesar salad to go that the kitchen staff doesn’t mix the salad with the dressing. The side salad is a poor amount of lettuce with a little cup of dressing. My husband and I usually spend $40-50 here so that’s disappointing for the cost.Today, I ordered a Caesar wrap to go and it was also disappointing for spending $14.If you want a good meal just eat at the restaurant.

Overall the experience was good. Just what you should expect while going to a mid tier restaurant. Little busy but not annoying food came out hot. No complaints here. Def
Kelvin and Mckayla we awesome its been over a decade since I've had McAlisters deli from the East end. And the Elizabethtown KY. workers had the service spot on and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and spud was excellent!!!

I used to love this place but don’t order togo. When we got home we were missing part of our order, we go back to get it fixed; and they messed it up again. An hour later I still didn’t have my full order and I was standing there waiting for the manager to text the employee back on how to do a refund for only the missing part of the order. I just gave up.
