I ordered in the drive thru last night. Came to the first window and the guy didn't open the window. I just sat there waiting. Then the lady in the first window called me to pull up. The guy totally I ig ored me!

I haven't been to a McDonald's in probably 10 years. Bill Gatti, owner was a jerk and boycotted them.I was invited to join a friend and decided to give it a try again. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fry, and small sweet tea...what used to be a $3.50 Happy Meal. It was almost $9. The burger and bun was smaller than it was years ago and still tasted like pure salt. The fries were as I remembered after they changed the cooking oil...awful. The sweet tea, now in a plastic cup instead of the cardboard ones I remembered tasted good. The limited menu was hard to understand and now they expect me to type my own order in? Good thing we managed to get another employee to ring up our order old school or I would have walked out. Now I remember why I no longer frequent McDonald's. Don't plan to come back...ever.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered the quarter pounder and its definitely not a quarter pound of meat. The patty is burnt and thin...so thin all I taste is bread and condiments. The quality of yalls food is going down hill.

Well my food was correct and ready in a decent amount of time. But I heard several people complain while I was there. They were very busy so I just let that part go. The bathroom thing I couldn't let go though. Only 1 working restroom with a handwritten sign saying everyone could use it. While my grandson was using the restroom a young lady came in and even after I told her someone was in there she looks under the door. It's crazy that my grandson had to be put in that situation. Luckily he may not realized it wasn't ok.

I came here at 6:08 and ask for two order and the speaker there’s two girls playing the mic while were ordering they were so rude and in pregnant and I can’t eat anything raw I order chicken nuggets and it was uncooked they are so unprofessional people and mean me and my husband was nice I have to be nice cause I’m not feeling well if something happened to my baby I will sue this Macdonald for giving me a raw nugget

Ordered online via the app. Still spent 10 minutes in the drive through. Got to the window, got drinks, moved to next window, was sent to third window. Third window we waited, almost 15 minutes. They eventually shoved a couple of bags out the window, wrong order number…..instead of lunch we got 9 large fries…with bar b que sauce? Been watching thing go downhill for years. Won’t be back.

They got my entire order wrong. The entire reason I went was to play monopoly, I ordered my whole $40 order off the monopoly menu, and didn't get a single monopoly peel off on any of the food or drinks. I was extremely upset about it. Like I said, that was the whole reason I decided to go to McDonald's....I hate McDonald's normally, and the only reason I chose to eat here today was to play the monopoly which I didn't even get to do because this specific McDonald's is a joke...will never eat here again. The employee who handed us our food was extremely rude and pretty much threw our food at us, spilled one of the drinks on my husband, and proceeded to rush us out of the drive thru....so yeah...this place was terrible.
