One thing I notice about the Etown locations is that their coffee is almost a dollar higher than Radcliff locations, but the store is clean and service is good, as someone who commutes to Radcliff everyday , I prefer to to stop and pay less for my cup of coffee.

Just placed ordered by the app and was missing my sausage and biscuit and hash browns my feeling are hurt would of went back but I had to walk to get there cause I’m in a semi I know I should of checked it being that there where no customer and I’m sure McDonald’s requiere there employees some reading skills let’s get it together Dixie hwy /STREET

Your walk up device needed to be updated. When we want to add items to our sandwiches or for instance make your fries well you can not. If we leave it up to the people at the front or I'll go back and tell them it does not get done. Please update your device in the lobby since you want the customer to take their own order or try to correct their by themselves. Also everyone needs a hairnet or pull their hair back. I asked for a refill and I have hair swimming in my lemonade. You need to do better.
Honestly, if this was based only on 1st shift, it would be an entirely different. First shift actually puts effort into what they do. You make any kind of complaint

How do employees expect to receive more pay when they can't even get orders right?! Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast burritos have nothing in them.
