Waited 25 minutes at a fast food restaurant, McDonald’s who created the model of quality with quickness isn’t followed at this one! Food wasn’t bad but they don’t clean too often in the dining area…, tables dirty, and it took forever just to get a refill.

The staff were nice, but as an employee of another McDonalds, when I order a hot chocolate with Caramel added in it I don’t want hot milk with Caramel, and I had asked for a McDouble only ketchup and it had ketchup and onions on it.

This location has gone completely down hill. I have door dashed from here twice now. Both times items were missing and the food was cold! My fries were old and rock hard. My burger cold. Will not come back!
Called to let them know that their fries gave my 1-year-old daughter food poisoning the manager that I have spoken to refuse to give the name also said that there was no way that the fries gave her food poisoning it was the only thing she ate my daughter is now profusely throwing up and it's only the fries either the grease is bad or their fries are bad one of the other but the manager refused to give his name and then refuses to answer the phone after I asked for corporate's number or his name and said that if I wanted to Sue go ahead with a laugh like he didn't care let alone the day before I got food poisoning didn't realize that it was from McDonald's fries and I am pregnant that's pretty sad good going McDonald's I've been eating here for a long time I am a regular customer and I've never been treated with such disrespect
