Just ate breakfast here with my fiance and my mom after coming back from surgery in UofL. They were literally the sweetest working people I had ever seen 😍. Thank you for being sweet .

Everyone at this McDonald's working between 11AM-1PM on 12/26/24 should be fired. This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever encountered. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru with no movement whatsoever, we decided to go in. Proceeded to wait another 30 minutes inside before we got our order for a total of 40 minutes for "Fast Food". Zero sense of urgency or care with these employees with this incompetent staff. Our hamburgers were burned by the time I received it and 2 small fries were only half full upon receiving them. Really? Could not even be bothered filling a small paper fry bag? What a joke! Watched people drive off left and right in the drive thru and go next door to Culver's with a 4-5 wait time tops for anyone in their drive thru. This McDonald's should be closed and is an embarrassment to this corporation. Will never spend another cent at McDonald's again.

Gave wrong order to DoorDash. I drove to the store where my order was sitting on the counter. As I stood waiting to be helped, 3 employees made eye contact, continued talking amongst themselves and ignored me as I stood at the pick up counter to pick my correct order. No apology or acknowledgment of mistake. They were not crowded. They did not make sure I had my entire order as only 1 bag had my receipt. Got home and was missing part of my order.

Waited 30 minutes to get our food after being parked. Several cars got their food before us, even cars that got there after me. Finally got the attention of an associate and she went in and apparently my order was just sitting there. The food was lukewarm warm. Not a good experience. Stop parking cars and worrying about your drive thru time, worry about your customers experience and actually getting them their food. Your drive thru time means nothing if you’re not actually giving out the food and handing people their orders.

Extremely rude. Tells people to go back through when they make a mistake in drivethru for better drive through times. Argumentative staff and management that is unreasonable in requests.

Filthy! The women's bathroom toilet flooded the bathroom, and they put up a wet floor sign. The floor is still flooded in all stalls and the washing area. Doesn't appear anyone attempted to mop it up. Dangerous. There is milk spilled in the dining room floor, and no one is attempting to clean it up. If you're looking for a slip and fall, this is the place. Beef tasted old and was cooked rare, couldn't finish it.

This is the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. So clean, great service, the blonde woman at the front was so nice. Vibes were good place was clean, first time in years I’ve had the urge to stay and eat inside. Also just tried the new chicken chicken big mac, would rec.
