Too much Curry, and the Falafel was gritty... Shawarma chicken was really really dry

Outstanding Indian Food! Even tried a new beer: Taj Mahal. The curry chicken was awesome and can't go wrong with an order of Naan.

Food was delicious. Good atmosphere. But man, the waiter/host up front was just poor in his customer service. Didn't provide me with napkins as simple as that is. But he was in on his phone ignoring other customer in the restaurant.

I was in search of vegan food.
They did not disappoint.
The server gladly pointed out my options on the menu when I told him I had a dairy allergy.
Even provided a Roti option with no butter.
The food was great. The portions lasted me 2 days.
The tables are huge.
All the tables in the restaurant easily fit six people. Great for groups. I dined solo and still had a great experience.
They also sell a lot of the items and ingredients that they use. All on display there in the restaurant. It was pretty cool to take a look at all of the Indian bowls and serving dishes.
Vegetarian options: They will show you the vegan options so you don't have to scan through the lengthy vegetarian section to pick out which ones are vegan.
Dietary restrictions: I told them I had a dairy allergy and he showed me which dishes were safe.

The food is amazing and the staff are polite and nice when you dine in. My low rating is specifically in regards to the take out service! The closing time now given for all days is 8:30. Staff will pick up the phone at 8:15 or 8:20pm w/ their opening greeting AND then tell you they're closed, but WILL NOT pick the phone up from 7:45pm until its to late to place an order!! It is highly frustrating and happens ALL the time. They also have raised their prices on meals, and started giving smaller portions on rice only! You get same portions as before for the marsala/curry etc, but a much smaller portion of rice! Why!? To force us to buy more rice in order to have enough for the meat portion? I'm extremely disappointed in the take out area of this business.

Love this place. It's part of my regular rotation. They have many great dishes. I never leave hungry, just broke from trying to many different things.

Learned to love Indian food from my time spent in London and my many long term friendships with persons native to India. Due to their kind tutelage, I can cook a decent curry, etc., myself. Was traveling for work in Etown and saw good reviews so wandered in to try for myself. The restaurant is located inside a small strip mall and has limited seating, several booths and a couple of adjacent small tables. It’s actually a grocery/cafe combo. The website indicates that it offers a lunch buffet but upon arrival, I was told that’s not the case. I ordered the veggie Samosa which was very tasty, crispy on the outside and with the ubiquitous if a bit more spicy than usual potato and pea mixture inside. The samosas were served w a small serving of raita, Hari and tamarind chutneys. I also ordered the chicken korma which comes w plain rice but no naan so I ordered garlic naan to go with my meal. I was surprised when I was served the chicken almost immediately; however, it was an error by the wait staff. After waiting a respective 20-30 minutes I was served the chicken korma, rice and naan. The naan had been cut into quarters. It had good garlic flavor and was nicely charred. The chicken korma was a big disappointment. I suspect they added some cardamom to their chicken curry and called it korma. Although the menu advertised their korma included raisins and cashews, which are significant flavor enhancers to a korma, both were missing from this dish. Also, sadly missing was the addition of cream or yoghurt to the sauce. It was a disappointing korma. My server was a very sweet young man; however I was offered no refills or service until I asked for my check. There were only two other tables occupied so the place was not busy. At check out the check again asks for an automatic minimal gratuity of 18%.
My tab, not to include gratuity, was $31.56.
