Made a $60.00+ order online. Arrived and was told it was not ready due to rice. I waited and watched several people get served. Rice comes out and I continue to wait. I approach and ask about my order, was told now have to wait on chicken. So I had two choices: wait for them to stop serving other people in front of me, the person who has ordered and paid for my meal; or I could have them make each item as it came out and get some cold/some hot food. Either way I lost. 40 mins later I left with no food and 7-10 days to wait for my refund.

I understand lunch rush. I understand being busy. I considered all of that and ordered ahead. I paid, they had my money. Yet I could not get my order befoe people who came after me? Make it make sense!! Won’t get another dollar from me, not like it matters

I’ve never once had a good experience at this place. Never have food ready, never an urgency to get your food to you quickly. You would think that a place that pays their employees far more than minimum wage that you’d have a better experience than other fast food places but I’d have better luck at McDonald’s. Worst fast food spot in Etown by far as far as service is concerned. Which is unfortunate because the food is good just not worth risking your lunch break on, you’ll end up going hungry and late.

I’m in here 5-10 times a week to pick up orders. The frequency with which I have to wait 15+ minutes the last few months is astounding.

When I first started picking up here around a year ago, it was great. It has slowly gotten worse over the last 12 months. Very unfortunate for what I would have considered the best fast food restaurant in ETown.

I try to say at least one kind thing, so I want to acknowledge several of the workers here are incredibly kind. That’s about the only redeeming thing as of late.

Update: the last few pickups have been much better so updated my score.

Service is very slow they cator to the drive through more than the Dinning room. Why have seating. Three people operate the drive through one for Dinning room. The drive through is still slow they take one order at a time making the wait time extremely long.

This place is nasty and shouldn’t even be open! Very unorganized and don’t have a good staff working! They can’t keep up with nothing and seen totally clueless to what they are doing! I just waited 30 mins for my online order and they wouldn’t keep me updated MIND YOU THIS ORDER IS AN UBER ORDER which is supposed to be done first! So here I am waiting still and asked them to check which they did and never got back to me, just started making more orders for the third rush that came in! Uber then tried to call them to see what was going on and nobody answered! So I lost out on $13 for my order and only got paid $4 compensation from Uber! That platform and this business is full of it! Take your money else where

They fix your drive through order then leave it sitting which would be okay, if they wouldn’t hold up the line. Instead of parking customers who are waiting on items they keep them at the window, so by the time you get your food it’s cling past cold. Waited in line for 35 minutes, as soon as you’re at the window, they hand you the food. Obviously the car in front was being held up by soemthing so PARK THEM. There’s no reason to serve a customer cold food. Ever. Period. You can’t even pull out of the drive through with the way it’s set up either so you better be prepared to be late if you have somewhere to be.

Normally the food and service are good but went today for dinner and only half my order was in the containers so make sure you get what you ordered if your going through the drive though

Stopped in with my grandson(4) to grab lunch. He enjoys chow main noodles and chicken. He choose the orange chicken on recommendation of the server. I had fried rice with sesame chicken. He ate half of his, which was good for him. And I finished mine. Was served quickly with only a small line but like most places the prices have went up and quantity has went down. Overall I'd go back and enjoy it again.

The island lady that took my order not sure if she was a manager but I believe so was wonderful to talk with and displayed great customer service.

They were rude to an elderly woman after they took 45 minutes to complete the order with only 1-2 other customers in the store/drive thru with at least 5-6 people on staff. When I tried to formally complain about my issue, I was met by a manger who didn’t identify themselves and sat in the back and stared at me dismissively instead of speaking to me or ever saying sorry. I asked for nothing in return, I just wanted to talk and understand. Please do not pay them your hard earned money to be mediocre. I filed complaints online about the issue and never got a response.

Ordered 3 dinners at drive-thru. Was asked to pull around front and would bring food out to us. There was one car pulling away when we ordered and one other car behind us. Inside area was not super busy by any means, but it took 28 minutes for our food to be brought out to us and that was with going in and checking on delay after 20 minutes of waiting.
