"I recently visited Panera and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was cold — like it had been made hours earlier and just reheated. The bread was stale, and the entire meal felt like it had been sitting around for way too long. For the price, I expect fresh, hot food, not something that feels like a last-minute afterthought. I won’t be returning anytime soon

Paneras customer service has plummeted tremendously everytime I place a rapid order it’s incorrect and all they can ever say is I’m sorry and that goes without saying obviously.. If a customer asks for sauce on the side it’s clearly because they don’t want their sandwich sloppily thrown together with sauce dumped on it and prefer to add it themselves if they ask for no tomatoes clearly they either don’t like tomatoes or they’re allergic either way everytime and I mean everytime I place an online order it’s always incorrect and the soup portions are kids size now it’s ridiculous my bagel was bigger than my soup smdh arugula was scarce and drowned in sauce shame on you Panera you need to do better!

Stuck here waiting in line to grab a pickup order as usual. It’s incredibly frustrating to come in here time and time again to see my order waiting and sitting on the shelf but not be able to grab it and get out of here.
I would really appreciate if you would reconsider your doordash/pickup approach, I’ll happily update my review if you do.

I wouldn’t feed the homeless man across the street from this restaurant. The condition of it is filthy & horrendous. This is just one table but, the entire restaurant was like this. The cleanest place in the restaurant was the bathroom.

Great place for comfort food and nice atmosphere provided not at peak times gets a little loud, absolutely love there autumn squash soup,nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches,and baked items, great lunch spot.

I placed my order on the app. I picked it up but there was no hazelnut coffee ready. I told the cashier she said 1 minute until the coffee is finished brewing. Well I waited 10 minutes by then my bagel was cold. This is not the first or second time this has happened to me.
This panera is pretty good, atmosphere would be a five. But the place is always filled with the rudest customers imaginable. Like, it's bread, no need to be rude to the cashier over bread. Freaking out in public over bread makes eating soup and a BLT really awkward
This is actually so maddening, this is the second time this month this has been half full! I mean come on people? Why do you hate good customer service?!
