Went through the drive thru. No one was behind me at the time, nor in front of me. Ordered my French Dip meal. Even though it wasn’t busy, once others pulled up after me, I was left in parking spot 1 for 15-20 minutes due to them WAITING for the last order so they can bring it out all at once. This is unacceptable! My food was cold by the time they brought it to me. $16 for a sandwhich with BARELY any meat on it, and a half filled French onion soup. Like not even a 1/2 cup of soup. $16???????? Yall have lost yalls minds with this crap! I’ll never be back. I can get free rolls and a nice dinner for that much at Texas Roadhouse. This is getting absurd. Change your prices or give us enough food for that kind of money!!!!!

That Michael guy is awesome. Super good time here. I didn't know what to get because it was my first time. He told me to get this good sandwich and he made it mikes way. Super awesome time here I WILL COME BACK.

Normally I like Panera and like the pickup option for me on my busy lunch schedule. However today with a terrible experience because I get a message saying my order is ready for pickup. When I pull up to the window I am told it is not ready. When I asked approximately how long is going to be for the wait because I have to get back to work for lunch, I'm told they have no idea that there are multiple orders in front of mine. Why did I get a message saying it's ready when clearly was not? So I tell them I need to cancel the order then. I am told I had to do it in the app as they could not cancel an order in the store. However when I called customer support to try to cancel the order, they tell me could have done it in the store. Now I feel like I was lied to at the store. On another side note, customer support is not able to cancel orders past their pickup time.

Absolutely loved eating here. Had the best flat bread chicken bacon chipotle pizza ever. Then they changed their menu to 'simplify' it. Why do away with options?
Love everyone at the Elizabethtown KY location but only really ate there for the pizza.

It doesn't matter what time you come here or what you order this place is always out of something. They are either large cups it could be a certain type of bread for the sandwich you order or an ingredient that goes on that sandwich. I never can get a complete order here. I would've asked for a receipt, but I wouldn't want to be the reason they ran out of paper.

I swung into drive thru this morning to get my wife a simple oatmeal. With two vehicles in from of me. I sat there 15 mins. Before the first one got to order. Myself and the second car sat another 10 mins silence.... I left the line to expedite things. I went inside. I ordered as soon as I went inside. But......... Again I waited and waited their excuse was it's memorial Day everyone called in. I watched a lady preparing sandwiches. Dude, never eat a sandwich there. She made six sandwiches, wiped the counters, adjusted her clothes, pushed back her hair, all with the same pair of gloves on. Thank God I only ordered oatmeal. That was some serious cross contamination going on there. Another 17 mins passed I finally got my oatmeal. People please be careful being in sanitary preparing food can make you sick and even worse, but they can get a 100% on a health score....

I love Panera, absolutely guilty pleasure at its best, but me and my wife got cheddar brocolli soup bread bowls as usual and i must say the hole cut in the bread and the amount of soup were noticeably smaller than we have become accustomed to from Panera. giving the benefit of the doubt, still 4 stars. hoping this was a one off and they have not changed practice to save product. Clean as usual and self serve iced coffee is still winning!
