I ordered a Pepperoni mozzarella melt for $11. I got home only to unwrap a 12 inch baget with some pepperonis on it. I figured with the prices they charge their sandwiches wouldn't look so pitiful.

Panerai bread prices have become ridiculously high considering the amount of food I was given barely covered half the plate spread out. Very disappointing. The dining hall has been dirty rhe last few times I have went and this time liquid was in salt and pepper packets, lemons everywhere, spilled food on floor no signs just over all not clean vibe. I know it was late in say 530...bit no restuarant should look this rough

Hot coffee was horrible, tasted days old and had to throw away. When I unwrapped my sandwich, it looked like it got in a fight and lost.
Since when is a cup of soup considered a bowl?? Such a disappointment to get home after ordering two bowls of soup to see that they come in cup sized containers and not even full. Also ordered two extra baguettes that were the size of the one that came with my cups of soup!
