I recently had a terrible experience with Papa John's, from the initial phone call to the final, disappointing pizza. We tried to order our usual pizza combo—something we get all the time at Domino's—but the phone service was incredibly rude. The employee seemed annoyed and unhelpful, making the whole process frustrating. When the pizza arrived, it was an absolute mess. It was completely soggy and undercooked, more like soup on a crust than a pizza. When I called to complain, they blamed our pizza topping choices, which was ridiculous since we order the same thing from competitors without any issues. They agreed to remake it, but the second pizza was just as bad. It was still a soggy, unappetizing mess. Sad to Papa John's used to be my favorite!

Had a wonderful lady named Regina that delivered my food! She got a little lost delivering my order but didn’t give up on delivering it to me! Food was here faster than expected. Food was still hot and fresh thanks to Regina!

While waiting for a order I watched the Manager wait in a customer , touching money and everything and went straight to the counter and started a spinning dough without washing his hands They are a great bunch of people. Very, very nice and I know it gets busy, but please stop and wash your hands. COVID is amongst us.

I order from here all the time. I work next door. The pizza is always good. Tonight I tried to use my phone to order delivery from home. Because I'm dumb, I never switch from delivery to pick up. Again, I was dumb. However, I called the store, and they took care of me professionally and quickly. Thank you team. I appreciate you and your patience after the long awful day I had.

Epic stuffed crust pizza was great. Eric, the delivery driver, was awesome!!! If you are in a hotel near I-65, this is the combo want.
They did not mess around with the cheese or garlic. Coming from Shepherdsville.. they are definitely better!

So i originally ordered a pizza well done the pizza came to my home soggy and falling apart i called to explain my displeasure with my service and the man on the phone actually argued with me that it was well done but he did give me a free pizza for a later date and promised next time to throw it through the oven twice to ensure it was cooked all the way through after giving me bad attitude and calling me dude the whole time then when I followed through with this order I got a female employee on the phone who was rude and condescending telling me thats not the way they do well done but she reluctantly agreed I waited an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered less than 7 miles from the resturaunt to be not only cold but the delivery driver didnt knock on the door didnt even wait for a tip they sat it at my door step and just drove off i even had a tip ready for them not to mention the pizza is still soggy and undercooked if this is the way this resturaunt does business I will drive out of my way to go to another pr just go with another service altogether I wish I could give zero stars

Worst one in the city, terrible service, no customer service whatsoever , tell ya whatever they think ya wanna hear to get you out the door, give ya the wrong order then act like it's your fault, then ya call them and tell them and they won't credit your account or anything even though you haven't touched the pie and took pictures PART OF THE REASON WHY PPL GO TO DOMINOS NOW, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

How is a delivery driver going to call, leave a voicemail and then when I call back not even 2 minutes after the voicemail not answer 6 consecutive phone calls??? Then the manager has to call the delivery driver to tell me she answered his call and she left it outside and under the WRONG steps in my building?!? Are these the same people demanding 15$ an hour??? Lmao. What a joke. This place will get tip on delivery from now on.
