All the local PJ's are going downhill and this location just got went my list off no longer gonna order from. The one by Fort Knox is another that does things the same way so they've been on my list a while.

The instructions when ordering are never followed (I opt for square cut and light sauce; the last three times no square cut and what seems to be extra sauce). The quality has been horrible with sections of sauce showing cause there wasn't a decent amount of cheese put on (our whole pizza was like the picture below and I didnt get a pic before because we hadn't eaten today and were hungry). And now you don't get 1 free garlic sauce anymore and have to pay for it and a DOLLAR for extras each.

Waste of money. No wonder there's so many new pizza places showing up is because the ones we've all relied on for years are so bad now.

Once again can't even get the sauce I ordered and paid for. Even says it on label. This makes 2 times in a row. Have had terrible experiences there over the last several years. I'm done with this place. Can't even get simple things right. RIDICULOUS

I ordered the pizza for carryout. I did so to avoid gratuity and delivery fees. Sure enough I was presented with a tip screen. You could not toggle away to $0.00. It added $3.00 plus to the total.

They are a new store up to old tricks. They lost a customer, also new to Elizabethtown, over that stunt. I will not be back.

The food is great. Papa John’s will always be great food. The problem is the manager Tammy. This woman is rancid. One of the worst people in customer service I have maybe ever interacted with. Doesn’t like her job, doesn’t care about your food, and definitely does Not care about you. Speaking with corporate about her multiple times, I found that she has been under review, and is currently under review for how she treats customers I was promised she would be removed from this location, and possibly terminated, Which has not happened. This is a woman that needs to quit. If you ever go to this location, which MANY MANY Of us no longer do, including Everybody, I work with at the hospital, I hope you do not have to interact with Tammy. Possibly the worst human, there could be working at one of these awesome pizza places.

Multiple negative experiences here with both food quality as well as customer service. They have gotten multiple food orders wrong, and this time we found large dark hairs on our pizza. Each time we have dealt with the manager, Tammy, she has met us with rudeness and unwillingness to help. This has happened more than a few times and will not come back to this store.

Nitrous Nitro

Absolutely horrendous service. Several cars just sitting in the drive thru line waiting, and no workers coming to the window. Got a text our pizza was ready 30 mins ago, but we can't get it. Customers ringing the drive thru door bell, and still no workers show up for several minutes. We finally do get to the window, and the worker just vanishes. If our pizza was ready 30 minutes ago, why does he need 20 more minutes just to even come talk to us at the window? Pretty unbelievable.

I ordered pizza at 6:30pm it’s 9:02 pm .
The first order they used door dash the driver got here 2 hours later than the manager re did order sent it out . Its be another 1 hour and still no order. By far the worst experience yet. Papa John’s should be ashamed of themselves for this service.

I spent $117.00 I didn't get my 3-2 liters of soda. Their way of fixing it was I could come get them or get them with my next order. I think they forgot the meat in the philly cheese steak papida! Normally everything is good but this time was terrible

On 31 OCT 2024 we ordered wing, pizza, and knots. The confirmation came at 5:55 pm at 8:09 pm we called spoke with who said he was the manager, he said that it was complete and would be there in 20 min. As I was asking how long it has been ready he hung up on me. I let it go at 9:02 pm, I called back and spoke with a lady that said she was the manager, see said that it was just made and would be there in 20 min. We I explained the past manager said the same thing an hour ago she hung up on me. Both time they hung up they said sorry we have other calls
