We just picked up an order from here today with our dog in the truck with us and the staff was amazing! They not only greeted her which made her night but gave her a few pepperoni (after asking for permission) and obviously the couldn't pet her or give her the pepperoni themselves but it made it night and the pizza was even well made and tasted amazing! Thank you for making me dogs night!

They always mess up my order. My driver just came 1 mile to my house it took her 20 minutes. She brought the wrong order and left mine sitting at the restaurant getting cold. It would be ok if it didn't cost me $80 every time but this is ridiculous.

They don’t deserve one star. The customer service there is appalling. Madison the manager needs to find a new job, maybe not working with the public because she is rude and just acts like she has no common sense at all, proceeded to tell me good luck on getting ahold of upper management because they are a franchise not corporate. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for my food, after receiving a confirmation when my food left the store waited an additional thirty minutes, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I spend a lot of money here weekly! NOT ANYMORE. Used to be full of friendly people never had issues before. This girl will ruin this place for a lot seems like I’m not the only one who’s had an issue with her either. EVERYBODY IS REPLACEABLE. Negative reviews travel faster than positive.

Ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and oreo knots. When we opened our box at home the pizza and cheese sticks had hair on them. I called and they said they would refund my account. I waited 2 weeks with no refund. Called in and once the manager came on the phone she said my card wouldn't issue a refund and it's a store credit. However, she just had gotten on the phone and this was from two weeks ago.

There was only one person working, but HE WAS VERY professional and skilled in his food preparation. He had a pleasant attitude where he had opportunity to be rattled and rude. This young man needs a raise !!! ?❤️Parking: Directly in front of the business.
Pizza on the left barely had any cheese on it. One on the right had so much sauce the toppings slid off after picking a slice up. This isn't my issue with this location. The workers on the evening shift. Definitely need to take some customer service courses. When I called last time about my issue of no cheese and toppings swimming in sauce. The young guy that answered was rude and very short with his answers. Don't know who's in charge of that location but they definitely need a different career. If that's how they run that place. Always get an attitude when asking for extra garlic butter or seasoning packets. Now the Papa John's across town by the interstate. That's the one to go to. They're always friendly and the pizzas are great. Never an issue there. Wouldn't be an issue but my daughter loves Papa John's. When she was visiting last weekend. That's what we decided to have for dinner. After little to no cheese and eat to much sauce. We couldn't eat it. What was the point if it's not made how we want it. So in the trash it went and we drove across town to the other location.

It’s insane that they charged us .69 EACH for these little seasoning packets. The cashier didn’t tell us the total until after he ringed it up. Thought they were free so I asked for 10. Please inform us better before you ring it up. Was not happy with the service.

Ordered my pizza and they don’t dice or chop the toppings…I had huge pieces of onion and green peppers on my pizza. Toppings weren’t spread through the pizza. All in the middle! Guess what happens when you have heavy toppings on a pizza…they fall off with the cheese while you’re trying to eat it! I used to work in food…it’s giving lazy prep. The manger Tammy’s excuse was the toppings come in that way…$20 on a lazy poor made pizza. So are you telling me it’s coming in pre packed??? She said it’s still fresh they just come in that way. Papa John’s is definitely losing its quality. I’ll try the other one Ring rd. Thanks for nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this restaurant one time I received my brownie and it wasn’t even cut! The manager was extremely rude!!! She said she’s the general manger…your the general manager working nights!!! That screams staffing issues. You lost a customer

It's not bad for fast food, although I do like their Papadias. Papa Johns is quick and convenient, but there are better pizza places out there locally. Little Charlie's, Boomboz, Imperizellis, and Godfathers are all considerably better. You may pay a bit more, but you get what you pay for. All said, Papa Johns is still a good place for pizza that's cheap, quick, and convenient.

Never ordering from here again. Almost $60 for 1 pizza, order of cheese sticks and a cookie. Just to get it 20 minutes late and only lukewarm and didn't feel like the manager cared when I called. I had to put it back in the oven just so we could eat it hot!
