Remember when this was a small storage shed turned to restaurant. The service was excellent and the owner knew all his customers. Food also was great and then he moved and change forgot about all the original customers and the food was not good anymore.
We went to Pappaw's BBQ today for the first time. I was very impressed! The food was really good. I got the loaded fries which had chicken breast, nacho cheese, and BBQ sauce on them. It was enough for 2 people. My husband got the combo meal with chicken, pork, and brisket, cole slaw and baked beans. He said the baked beans were the best he's ever had. The service was awesome. Phone order, asked for sweet BBQ sauce and didn't expect it dumped over all the meat. Could only taste sauce so I can't say the brisket or other meats were good or not. For the price put sauce on the side. Overall for the price, would not eat there again, food wasn't the best.
