New fries were a real thing. Not too bad, except they were nearly $8.00 which is why I can't go back until the first of the month.

Went today for first time in years, Elizabethtown location. Staff extremely rude, immature. Came back out to my car because they couldn't accept a large bill. I look up as I'm pulling out, all three are looking at us laughing, then I got flipped off by one employee. Unbelievable. People act like they want and managers allow it it seems.

The manager talks to her employees like crap in front of other employees and customers. She didn’t know who I was or why I was there as a customer and saw one of her employees come off break early to come see that I was there before helping me remember what I like to eat there and she was there less than 30 seconds when the manger Alexis came out and was extremely rude to us both and embarrassed the employee in the lobby and never apologized to me the next time I came in. She doesn’t keep up with the health code and left before inspection the other day because she knew it was gonna fail. Leaving them without a manger on clock for the health inspector. She is constantly rude and going on smoke breaks that take 2-3 cigarettes each time and doesn’t wear or make her employees wash their hands or wear gloves. The employees are all friendly and very good about getting your order out quickly. Not a good in store experience though with her working.

The food is always good if they get your order right. I've been there twice and both times they have made a mistake on one of my sandwiches. Also don't go to this location during peek hrs you will wait forever. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a large fry and it took over an hr to get my food.

Got food to go. Ordered a fresh squeezed lemonade, gave me regular. Order a full size Reuben and within three bites I had 3 hairs in each bite. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Was told the world didn't revolve around me after trying to tell them they forgot about my sandwich after waiting 45 min.+ with customer after customer after me receiving theirs. Will never be back.

Update:
Finally spoke with the manager/owner (unsure) and was assured, not In line with standards and we worked it out professionally. 100% appreciated ? ?
Visibly Undercooked bread takes away from anything in the bread or great service.
Now I have to double check my orders at pickup
4Days Later & no one has contacted me from the Elizabethtown location.
Still haven't gotten my money back or even a gift card.
Owner doesn't seem m to care about Quality.
Sandwiches look NOTHING like other Penn Station Locations!!!

Quite literally the worst experience at any Penn station ever. I usually prefer to go to the radcliff location but unfortunately they were closed so I was forced to go to the Elizabethtown location. As someone who used to be a TL at Penn station I completely understand being short staffed, busy, rude customers, and just being overall frustrated. But as a customer service worker you cannot take those frustrations out on every single customer including the nice ones. As soon as me and my husband walked into the building the older lady on the grill is sighing loudly at us just walking in and telling her coworker to tell us that’s it’s gonna be a minute in a very snarky tone of voice. After taking my order which was 5 large cheese breads, which understandably is a lot of bread at once but I literally just wanted the cheese and bread no sauce or oregano. The taller man with curly hair is complaining. Saying things like “5 large cheese breads really?” While I’m standing right there. He continues to complain and i notice he is putting Parmesan cheese on the first 2 which granted i forgot to say no parm just provolone so before he makes the other 3 i ask the lady if he could do those last 3 provolone only. NOT ASKING him to remake the other 2 because that was my fault. The older lady then starts complaining to him saying i should’ve ordered correctly in the first place. But literally never once asked to remake the other ones just actually asking you to do LESS WORK by leaving the Parmesan off. Genuinely will never go to this Penn station again if for whatever reason radcliff location is closed i would rather drive all the way to the Louisville Dixie Hwy location.
