This was our first time at Penn Station. Party of 7 and all our different sandwiches were great. The homemade fries were good but In-n-Outs are better.

The manager was so friendly. They give free cookies on Tuesdays, so that was a fun surprise. The staff was so nice. The restaurant was clean. The music helped the vibes too. Such a good experience.

the cook literally opened the bottle of ranch with his mouth and then was going to serve it to us. then my wrap was so greasy that i just dumped the meat out and used a fork.
first time I've ever been here and definitely the last

Ran out of fries at dinner time?? Not a very prepped location. Had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for fries while my subs just sat there.

The employees at this location do not wear gloves when making the subs.

We stopped in for dinner on the way home Saturday night. I got the giant Philly Cheese Steak and my son got the giant Chicken Cordon Bleu.

Staff were helpful and kind. Took about 15 minutes for a to-go meal. Giant apparently means about a 12 inch sub. Price seemed high for what we got, but the food was delicious.

Pluses= Staff, Service, Taste
Minuses= Size of a giant & price

Still better than most sub shops though.

Sandwiches are good, but the price is a bit over the top. I will take Jimmy John’s over Penn Station price and taste any day of the week. Two sandwiches should not cost 40 bucks

The sandwich had a long and straight hair in it. My hair is short and curly, I nearly lost my stomach as I pulled the strand of hair from between chicken and onions on my chicken teriyaki sandwich. Awful experience, I can't go back after this.

Update - They have asked me to email them and I have sent them everything I have on this unlucky situation.

Fast service, super nice employees, and the food was hot and fresh. The tea tasted fresh brewed and the inside of the store was fairly clean. Great experience.

It's a good sub and sandwich place, I love the idea of fresh squeezed lemonade, it is so refreshing. The waiter was very friendly. As atmosphere goes, it is just regular, nothing special, the place is clean. By the way, their fries are fresh as well, it is not frozen.

I frequent this location and there is usually a 90% chance that my order is always wrong. On top of my sandwich being wrong they left out the fries on my most recent order. I should have known better to check but was in a hurry. I called and the manager said she would refund my order. She in fact did not refund my order. And honestly if the employees would have just stopped their conversation and paid attention it probably would have never been an issue.
