First to start the service wasn’t the best cashier was quiet and kept looking everywhere besides towards us no a single worker had gloves on and watch led one come from the bathroom then the ladies room was disgusting Second the food was not worth 41 bucks the BLT sub didn’t taste anything like a blt wouldn’t put salt and pepper on it over filled with lettuce and the chicken teriyaki sub was good beside the ends had no chicken on it and wouldn’t cut the sun so imagine having to hold the entire foot long to take a bite just awful I won’t be coming back here I’ll pick a different sub place next time

While ordering i asked to have my sandwich pulled early from the oven as to DON'T COOK MY BREAD SO MUCH. Was answered with no. We can't do that. Yup, Radcliff understands. Too bad etown, could've been a good review....... how u remember how to appreciate the customers.

Food was excellent ! The fries was delicious and I'm not a fry person at all ! Staff went above and beyond to make sure or visit was like we was the only ones in the whole restaurant ! I have 1 complaint . The lids kept popping off our dranks and the drank would spill on us . That's the 1 and only complaint that I could give them . I would totally recommend eating here just be really careful with your drank so you don't end up wearing it .

The bread is so fresh! They bake the bread to order. It was so soft and tasty. Fries took me back to my hometown in Delaware. They offer vinegar with them too! Yum!Only downside is I ordered a sub with no cheese and it came with cheese. But they were super friendly and fixed it with no problems!
Staff was nice, food was good. Then I witness the cashier take money with his gloves on and he went and handled food. Please train your employees you are never in a rush to change your gloves. Money is very nasty. All of the tables needed to be cleaned.

Came in to order lunch and the manager was cussing at me under her breath because I paid with a $50 bill. Completely unprofessional. Another employee said “it’s awfully early for big bills”. My change was a $14.

This was our first time trying Penn Station. The staff was courteous. My husband and I both ordered a "turkey bacon & ranch" sandwich combo meal. Both of our sandwiches were made identical and consisted of mainly chopped iceberg lettuce. They each had three slices of tomato, 1/2 slice of bacon, about two tablespoons of chopped up turkey meat, and both sandwiches were slathered with what seemed like a mixture of mayonaise and ranch. My sandwich was very salty. My husband said his was also salty, and the mayo tasted weird, so he ended up throwing half of his sandwich in the garbage. The fresh cut fries were decent, but the sandwiches were bad enough to make us not want to return.

Should have turned around and left when Mr manbun rolled his eyes as we walked in at 9:30. Couldn't get our order correct. Ended up with a Italian with zero veggie toppings....just meat and cheese. The fries were soggy. Management is clearly not taking their training seriously.

It was decent. Got cheese bread and the cheese wasn't melted but still tasted good. The ac was blowing on me so that was a little uncomfortable. It's a bit pricey for what you get but I was overall satisfied.
