Will never order from them again. Ordered food order was confirmed. 30 minutes after delivery estimate no food. Call to check on food, call center says I'll transfer you to your local store. On hold for over 20 minutes. Call back Call center tells me my order was canceled and they don't know why. Luckily I was paying cash so I don't have to worry about my money but it's ridiculous. The store won't even pick up the phone.

Ordered pizza delivery on on-line app and left 20% tip on my credit card. Delivery arrived and driver complaining to my wife we ordered 6 pizzas and did not leave a tip. She felt pressured into giving an additional cash tip to what I already paid. Beyond sketchy and the last time I will ever eat from your establishment.

We placed an order online and waited for our order which was 80 dollars never came never received a email or phone call letting us know our order was canceled. No reason as to why it was cancelled either. We went to the 1709 Dixie location the guy inside was rude and couldn’t understand why we would be upset at all then turned around and said we won’t get our money back for 48 hours. We still had 5 kids to feed and now it has been 2 hours very poor service. Very rude people work here do not recommend at all.

After years of avoiding Pizza Hut due to many poor experiences in different locations, this Pizza Hut has made me a believer again. First off, shout out to Melissa who made the experience so much better than expected. She was friendly, attentive, and saved the night! Pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh and so much better than expected. Last Pizza Hut I liked was back in 2007 in South Padre Island, TX where the cheese stretches off each slice. Will be making more visits soon ? Thank you again Melissa!
