The young girl working in the front needs more training I ordered 12 tenders I want 4 spicy and 8 mild she says I can't do that I can only do 6 spicy and 6 mild I know you can do it that way I use to work there then I tell her just give me all mild she gives me my food she gave me 6 spicy and 6 mild not what I wanted then I get home in the spicy tenders box she had put a bone in spicy wing I am not happy about my visit and will never go back

Food was good but it took 49 minutes to get it in the drive-through line. I come to the window and I see about 10 people in there and they get my order wrong.

The chicken was cold when they handed it to us (around 6pm). I don't know how it could be cold with such a short wait. But the biscuits were good.

By far, the worst business in E-town. Their credit card reader never works.( i wonder why that is?) They never have chicken ready. Generaly rude customer service. I'll never go back there again.

I just went to this location for the first time ever and am extremely disappointed. Half of my order is wrong and I am beyond frustrated to care to drive back. It took over 25 mins to be done when they weren't that busy and I ordered way ahead. It didn't seem like almost anyone knew what they were doing and there was no order of meal assembly. I left without my drinks because I was so done with waiting after I was finally given my food bag. My tenders are wrong, wrong sides and condiments; my husband's half hsi chicken sandwich looked haphazardly assembled. Waste of $22 I won't get back most likely. Will be avoiding here from now on.

I come in here for Doordash orders regularly, and it’s very spotty. Sometimes they’re quick, a lot of times they’re incredibly slow.

I’ve been here 27 minutes for an order now and they told me it would be ready over 15 minutes ago. This is incredibly frustrating.

The food here is more insulting than that cardboard pizza your employer gives everyone after a record profit year. Waited 10 minutes for five tenders, an order of fries, mashed potatoes and extra ranch that I requested that cost 16 bucks. After my wait in the parking lot for the drive through order that had now curbside from being told to pull ahead, I finally get my meal. Get on the road and open it to find five burnt tenders, literally six French fries no mashed potatoes and a ranch that was liquid, not a hint of Anything that resembled what should be ranch. Oh, and the only positive was the biscuit. Not for it being tasting good, but It was so dry I was able to throw it in the Parking lot at speed way and stopped the flooding. What a waste of money and a building. We can only hope dollar store will buy the lot it sits on

My girlfriend had never been here, so her first visit. Cashier was friendly and fast. Food came quickly. We both enjoyed our meals. This was 5pm on a Wednesday, we were the only ones eating inside. Dining room could use a wipe down and sweep. Overall, a good experience.

I stood at the register for 15 minutes and not a single person acknowledged my resistance. Gave up and walked out. I absolutely love Popeye's spicy fried chicken but I can't waste my entire lunch break waiting for someone to take my order.

They can never get my order right. I ordered an eight piece chicken only. When I got home I had 5 thighs, 3 wings. No legs, no breasts. I don't like dark meat. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order. I just have to stop going there.

I have been to a number of Popeyes restaurants, but this one is at the bottom of my rating. Poor service. Employees are not friendly. My food was over cooked. It takes forever to get my food or order. These employees standing around chit chat instead of working and servicing the line of customers. Sorry, but this restaurant is racist as well. No other than African American are working there. I will not come back.

Waited over 30 minutes for this this order this is the longest wait I have ever seen I ordered online they were out of tartersauce taking items out of my bag to get other peoples done first this was redicolous i ended up canceling my order .Never again popeyes.Shame.

Went in for a door dash order keep in mind I literally just had surgery on my foot. So they saw i was on crutches. The rude lady said first she needed to see the order because she claimed they didn't have it. I said look my phone is in my car. So I go get my phone and all she did was look at the name on the order...then out of the blue they have the ticket. So she lied to my face. She's lucky I didn't go over the counter after her. I literally just had surgery so you couldn't just look for the ticket cuz you're to lazy to look for it. They never have nothing ready. Hadn't even started on the order. I'm not racist by no means but this black woman needs to be fired. She is very rude. She screamed at her employees and she's not even the manager. She did not care not one bit it took everything I had to get in and out the door. Every customer she told me it would be 10 mins or so before they get their food. Don't recommend. Their chicken isn't even done and I got food poison last time I ate here. Chicken was still very pink. And the biscuits were not done. DO NOT EAT HERE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE.
