I am at Popeyes right now and there is only 1 woman and 1 man. They are absolutely killing it. I worked at a restaurant and how they are working, not cussing and going crazy while they are working their butts off with just the 2 of them alone is amazing! They work very well together, and they deserve a raise!!!

Lady that took my order was waving my card around and showing people and when i got my food the sandwich was cold and not fresh
Popeyes actually has really great food, I would definitely eat here more. It's the atmosphere, energy & service that steer me the other way. I know that work sucks, I work 2 jobs. But they are very unwelcoming & take at least 20 mins past the scheduled pick up time for delivery every time.

I love Popeyes, but this location is not the best. The employees are very nice but they slack. They make you wait in the drive thru 10-20+ min, then they always get my order wrong. Overall 2/5
We place and online order and arrived at the time stated on the app - the employee said they just received the order and were starting it. Waited 20 minutes . . . Restaurant was not busy at all. Get home with the food and we are missing two sides - we only have chicken. I called multiple times for a refund of the items we didn't receive, but no one answers the phone. I understand mistakes happen, that's why I gave them a chance to make it right. Since they won't answer the phone, I will leave a review for others.

This location has severely gone downhill the last couple years. More often than not you have to wait around 10 minutes just to order, then it's another 15-20 to get your food. The food is almost always fine/good, once you get it anyway, but about half the time we try to come we get tired of waiting and leave.

The food was cold, the service was horrible. They were laughing about another customer that was upset with their service. The bathroom was horrid! Water every where and slippery floors that were a fall hazard. Water all over the station where you make your drinks. It was just nasty! This was the Popeyes in Elizabethtown, KY.

Bad customer service and they don't pay attention to orders on several occasions they have messed up on my order edit: I just had to add more stuff these people do not like to answer their phone I don't understand what it is either they're always understaffed or something but they never answer their phone so annoying especially if you live far away from the restaurant

The staff are friendly, went to to drive -thru and waited for awhile before they took the order one person.in front of had to wait far to long for their food, and the food was only ok.

I was not impressed with this location recently. Our food came out as an entree and then later the fries. This was after the entrees were sitting there long enough for the grease of the sandwiches was coming through the bag. The side of Mac and Cheese had also been sitting out long enough to become room temperature. The lobby was not stocked or cleaned and several employees were seen doing nothing while on their phones ON THE LINE NEXT TO THE FOOD. The poor manager was trying to preform an interview only to have to keep going back to the kitchen and run the drive through. I don’t think we will be back for a while after this experience. Upon leaving the dining room we noticed that they covered up the HEALTH CODE RATING with a poster making it impossible to see what they scored or what they did wrong.
