Gosh the portion control is ridiculous. Paid $13 for a burrito and got a Taco Bell sized burrito. They need to be more worried about satisfying customers rather than worrying about giving me the smallest portions possible.

UPDATE: The corporate office made it right with me. The next time I went in, I got a healthy portion. The staff cracked a slight smile.

Great food, but the employees are like the walking dead. I think they don't even know how to smile. Heaven for bid to ask for extra toppings. The girl acted like it was on her dime. Sadly, this has been my last experience the last 6 to 8 times. I know Home Depot is not a restaurant, but they know how to treat you like family.

Poor experience, soft drinks flat, food was cold and the manager was not interested in hearing my concerns. I do not recommend this establishment!

Was trying to order the Mexican Strreet Corn chicken bowl on the official menu, Dylan (the person that waited on my girlfriend) was very disrespectful- and even acted like the menu item didn’t exist?! Trying to explain the item on his own menu, he proceeded to slop together the worst bowl he could and charged us for barebone minimal effort. Absolutely deplorable customer service and was treated like we couldn’t even read a menu, when the person behind the counter doesn’t even know what they serve.

Won’t be trying this location until AFTER they get their staff under some actual proper training- much too hot or miss with people that don’t care about their job, and pass the experience off to the customer. Very sad they employ and maintain employment with such low standard people.

My only pregnancy craving was chicken nachos. It’s literally all I could imagine eating. I asked to have rice on the bottom - because the cheese on the bottom makes it soggy and falls through the bowl on my drive home. By the time I get home, it would be inedible because I have ordered it before and this has happened. It has never ever been an issue for me to get rice on the bottom so the cheese doesn’t ruin the bowl and get food all in my bag. But tonight the guy would not let me order without getting cheese on the bottom. I even said, “But it’ll get soggy and fall apart.” He just repeated, “Mild or spicy queso?” If you’ve ever been pregnant you know what it’s like not being able to get the only thing you’re craving. It sounds dramatic but I will never ever come back here. I left in tears and cried the whole way home.

The atmosphere isn't anything special, but the workers, more times than not, seem polite and don't show any signs of aggravation given that I always order my grilled chicken burritos with extra rice and a slew of various toppings. Very frequently, my toppings combined with the extra rice leads to burritos which can be difficult to wrap and I have, yet, to encounter any workers, at this location, who seem frustrated, aggravated or agitated given the complexity of the orders. The grilled chicken burritos are the only thing I order, so I can't speak for any other items on the menu, but those burritos are amazing and I always order two for myself so I can eat another one the following day.

I have only one complaint, the prices have gone through the roof. I can't remember the exact price I ended up paying, but, to the best of my recollection, my daughter and I ordered 3 grilled chicken burritos with extra rice (I believe that was the only thing that costed an added fee for each burrito), the grand total after tax came to approximately $45. For that price, I feel like we probably should have gone to a sit down restaurant and ordered steak dinners. It has been a little while since we went out for steak, so perhaps I am out of touch with the prices at steak houses now. Why go out for steak when I make steaks that taste better than any restaurant I can think of and I can get them from Walmart. At least, if we stayed in and went the Walmart route, I know we could have gotten steaks and fries for a little under $45. The inflation balloon needs to have somebody poke it with a sharp knife so we can get back some sort of normalcy. The prices for everything have gotten way to far out of hand and we need some adjustments made and fast.

I apologize for the rant, but the economy is something I could talk about for an hour without taking a breath. For this past 10 min of rambling, I say sorry to you, good day and may all your days be merry!

Parking: Parking in the front and on the side is somewhat limited, but, if you drive around to the back of the building, you will find a lot of extra parking spaces that I believe are where staff park. It is, however, free and available to the public and it seems like nobody happens to know it is there because I always find the vast majority of the parking spaces back there unoccupied.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid-friendly from the aspect that they are happy to take a child's order and serve food to a child but you aren't going to find any coloring books with crayons, a playroom, or anything else that will draw children in the front door, which makes the place a little more adult friendly. My 7 year old loves the place because of the food and doesn't need any kind of bait to be more than happy to go there.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but I don't believe they have any buttons that will automatically open the doors for the handicapped.

A MAN WITH RED HIGHLIGHTED HAIR GAVE US A VERY GENEROUS PORTION OF EVERYTHING! I’m so thankful. I will protect this man with my life if I must. He needs a raise, or hug, or something. He’s just the best, and I am in debt.

Not sure when this place started to go downhill I used to come here once a week. For the first time in the past 3 years that i’ve ordered my same exact order, I got charged $2.00 for a side of rice and $2.00 for a side of beans whenever I asked for extra? That was not a thing two weeks ago. I was able to ask for extra and it was free. If you put extra on the app it doesn’t charge you. Very interested to learn about this new policy because my usual $10 bowl was $15 today, and way skimpier portions.

Qdoba always hits right, especially those crispy salad bowls. But I don't know if it's this just this location or all over, but they're now uppity about your protein being half-chicken and half-steak.

"We can't do that anymore." It's so weird seeing a place where you have lots of customization options suddenly taking them away and being anti-consumer. With steak being the more expensive protein, just charge it as steak.

Do the owners have a strange religious belief where cow and chicken can't meet? What is going on?

Customer service could be better. It’s usually moody teenagers that are in no hurry and act very annoyed that you’re there asking them to do something. I usually have to repeat myself several times to get everything I asked for. But I get it. I sure as hell would be irritated with picky people coming in all day with their demands. Foods usually good though.

Update
I received two free entrees, which was very generous of the owner. I went back to this location two different times and both experiences were very good. Staff was accommodating. Tried the cheese crusted quesadilla with steak and it was very delicious. Chips are always a gamble, sometimes they're warm and crispy, other times they're cold and stale. Overall good though.
