They served us a burned hotdog with the burned side down then dressed. Tried calling the store the mailbox is full and does not ever ring. I'll be back with my receipt and hopefully I can get some customer service

I've driven by WAY too many times & always wanted to try this out... I've seen a couple ads on Instagram showcasing great deals... I'm really happy I finally stopped in, I had a very pleasant experience! I ordered the small pretzel pub buster burger combo- everything was really hot and fresh & I could taste the quality in the ingredients. The fries were actually my favorite part - very crispy, and unlike anything you'll find at 99% of restaurants! I came for a great deal and left very satisfied. 5.40$ out the door! 100% certain I'll be returning soon. Second time around I ordered extra pub cheese- even better! Danks food here.

Anytime I’ve ever went to this Rally’s they consistently get your order wrong. I don’t ask for anything specific, I order it just as the meal comes and the last time I got a chicken sandwich when I ordered a burger… Be sure to double check everything before you leave if you choose to go here.

I do DoorDash for a living and usually this place is great with it but today 08/04/2025 I legitimately waited a hour straight after being told to go to the delivery window to get the order and not a soul came to the window complete and total waste of my time which is also my money

I am posting this review to report a serious and documented food safety violation I personally witnessed — and recorded on video — inside this Rally’s location in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
During my visit, an employee was observed wearing only one glove on his left hand while using his bare, ungloved right hand to directly handle and wrap a customer’s sandwich. This is not an exaggeration — the violation is clearly and visibly captured on video.
This type of behavior violates multiple food safety regulations, including:
⚖️ Violated Health Codes & Laws
FDA Food Code 3-301.11(B): “Food employees may not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands.”
Kentucky Food Establishment Act and State Regulation 902 KAR 45:005: Establishes strict hygiene standards for all food establishments and requires the prevention of bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods.
Public Health Sanitation Laws (KRS 211.180): Grant the state authority to investigate unsanitary conditions posing a threat to public health.
Out of concern for public health, I have taken the following steps:
Filed a formal complaint with the Lincoln Trail District Health Department
Submitted the video as evidence to local health authorities
Contacted multiple local news outlets regarding the incident
Preserved the video and screenshots in case of regulatory or legal proceedings
Let me be clear: this is not a disgruntled opinion — this is a firsthand, documented health code violation that the public deserves to be made aware of. If this is happening out in the open, one can only wonder what occurs behind the scenes.
🛡️ This review is protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552). I am within my legal right to report, share, and document incidents that directly affect public health and consumer safety.
⚠️ Until Rally’s addresses this publicly, retrains its staff, and demonstrates compliance with state and federal food handling laws, I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

Rally’s Review – Unacceptable Behavior from the General Manager
I had a very disappointing experience at Rally’s today. I placed an order and went to pay with a $50 bill because I had accidentally left my debit card at home. Ryan, who said he was the General Manager, refused to take it, saying he didn’t want to make his drawer low for the next customer.
Before anything escalated, I asked politely if I could speak to someone above him. He responded, “I’m not going to give out his info.” Then I asked if anyone on staff might have change, and instead of trying to help or problem-solve, he said, “I’m not going to argue with you,” and slammed the window in my face before walking away.
My 17-year-old son was in the back seat. He works at McDonald’s, and I told him, “This is exactly how you should never treat a customer. If you acted like that, you’d be fired.” It was a teaching moment—but it shouldn’t have come from watching a General Manager act this way.
Rally’s should seriously evaluate who they put in leadership positions. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and turns people away from your business.

I didn't check my bag but I shouldn't have to. My wings were absent from the order. I went back the next day with my receipt and the guy took my information in the back of a grease stained receipt, promising a voucher. He was acting very irritable. I'll be shocked if I ever get the voucher. However, the food I did get was bomb and everything else was fine

Spent 30 dollars and only thing was right was milkshakes and bite box
Ask for two Philly cheesesteak meals with no onion
Instead got two beef patties with bacon and extra onion

Pathetic a person can't understand what you say when you tell them only onion, bacon & cheese. Ol dude proceeded to tell me it comes with sauces.. ok I get that but when someone says onion, bacon & cheese that's what the heck I wanted not mayo. Place used to be good but now seems like they got some burned out people who can't think straight. Smfh. When you say specifically what you want then they add what they want your wrong avoid the place I would & will.. 🤷🏼♀️ p.s if your seeing the comment ol dude sounds like you need to teach your trainee better communication & how to take a order correctly..
