I ordered the baked salmon here, and it was served raw in the middle (photo attached). I did not request it undercooked, and the deep, translucent center was clearly unsafe to eat. This was extremely off-putting and concerning from a food safety standpoint. Staff need to ensure cooked seafood is prepared to a safe temperature before serving.

Red lobster is a nice place to eat if you can afford it. My wife, my 17 year old son and I had a very nice supper there and my bill was a little under 90 bucks. Food was delicious but they are a little proud of it! Lol.

Our server Alyssa A. was absolutely fantastic, she always is. Everything came out as ordered. She kept the biscuits coming and the drinks topped off. She's always so cheerful too. Great food, great service.
The service was excellent, but the food was not. Our lobster was cooked so much you couldn't bite into it and the steak was basically not cooked at all.

Drove from Louisville in a thunderstorm, had a 6:15 reservation, was told there would be an additional 20 minute wait (so the reservation meant nothing), and now it's 6:45, and I am still sitting here. 🙄😒

Casey was a great waitress and bartender -she made a margarita flight that was delicious! The lobster was cooked to perfection that it melted in my mouth. I tried the loaded mashed potatoes with crab for the first time and will definitely be having my next visit. I loved to see so many people trying the crab boils, good move Mr. CEO! 👏🏾 Lastly the playlist 🎶 was on point, it was updated and I could still have a conversation while enjoyingmy meal.

Spent over 50 dollars just for 2 dinners , had it delivered food wasn’t even cooked throughout all the way . My mash potatoes tasted like they had been sitting there all day , and half of it was burnt. Ordered some biscuits as well burnt. Nasty , tasted like that were either sitting there awhile . Was even flat didn’t even have no shape to them like they always do. Of course called asked to speak to a manager , he never ever even told me his name. I told him it was so bad if I had a car I would have drove back up there for my money back. So didn’t get to have dinner. Plus no refund so money just wasted. The manager said all he could do was give me a 35 dollar gift card. And I’ll be hearing from his general manager. Left my phone number. And guess what no phone call back & also no gift card. Thanks so much for talks service. Won’t be going back !
