I have not been in a Red Lobster in years.I wanted something different. I had a wonderful lunch, the atmosphere was spot on, and the service was superb. I wish I had paid attention to our waitress. She was so sweet.

My sister and I came in for lunch. We were greeted with a smile and sat immediately. The same waitress was our server. Took our order and everything was fresh and hot. Not once did we have to ask for anything. She was very attentive. Everything was excellent.

I experienced great treatment and quality food. Ashley ensured that my overall experience was top notch thru providing both timely and upbeat service.
Always have an amazing experience here until I ordered Togo. They need major help in this area which took my rating from 5 star to a 2. Had to wait almost 30 min after my pick up time for my food had to call in twice. Not once did anyone take the initiative to come and update me about my order.

We got the fish platter and it was so salty you couldn't eat it. The manager was wonderful and I really appreciate her. She took of us. The waiter was awesome.Parking: The parking lot is very large.
The fish on the fish and chips plate was quite dry, but everything else was delicious. Our waitress, Ashley, was very professional and did a wonderful job.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to maneuver around and inside the restaurant.

Normally one of my favorites spots to eat. Came in, wasn’t busy at all. Got seated after waiting 10 mins no big deal. We sit, they take our order including our appetizer. 35 mins later as we sit with still no food/ app they come to tell us they don’t even have the entire appetizer they’ve ran out… so I’m 40 mins into sitting here with the same watered down beverage and no food/ appetizer. Just wish the communication would have been better from the beginning and we would have avoided trying to eat here.
