The food was good. I ordered the T-bone steak, baked potato, and half rack of ribs. My children ordered the smash burger. Food was hot with great taste. Only problem was the baked potato being burnt.

The service on the other hand was horrible. Never received a refill and she never checked on us once we got out food. I wanted hot sauce, A1 steak sauce and napkins. This was the first time in 10 years that we went. We never went back the first time because of the service. We thought we would give them another shot but the service is still horrible. It took about 5-7 minutes to get seated and it was only us and 1 couple in the entire restaurant. On top of all this she comes to the table to take my card payment that would not let me leave no tip. I was forced to tip her. I've never went to a restaurant that would not let you not leave a tip. It will now be a lifetime that I never visit an Elizabethtown Ruby Tuesdays.

It was about an hour before closing, so may just be that... sat in area where waitress yelled to hostess ' don't sit anyone else in my area" Ordered Philly Cheesteak sandwich, which a man, think manager encouraged us to get it just with chicken it'd be the same...it wasn't anything like it it was bbq chicken, very disappointing.

They are obviously short staffed, server spinning and very stressed, so we're we, did not like adding to her immense stress.

Went here for bar seating and no wait compared to TX roadhouse. Was skeptical from other Ruby Tuesday experiences elsewhere, but thanks to the great service and suggestion from Darrci, I had a great dinner.
Darrci is an asset to this restaurant.
The New Orleans seafood was really good, especially the shrimp.
I wish the portions were just a tiny bit bigger though, including the rice pilaf and fish and shrimp.

18.99 for this (grilled salmon dinner), is not that great portion wise. Salmon portion, isn't too bad but the rest is. I ordered late due to being a night shifter but I don't think that's a reason to have it any different.

Not the best. The food at best is mediocre. While the salad bar was okay but did have some lettuce that was getting brown. The food we ordered was cooked in old oil leaving it dark and greasy. The atmosphere was somewhat stagnant and old seeming get out of date. The service was okay but not great. We ordered from the specials of the day basing our choices of their website and when the bill came were told some of our order did not get discounted because they "didn't have a button for that " They did adjust the bill some but not the full amount. I would never eat there again.

Was so excited to finally find a Ruby Tuesday after 20 years and we waited for over 5 minutes and were never greeted, by anyone, so we both went to the restroom to buy some time, still no greeting, so we went to sit at a table and the waitress/bartender, fom around 20 feet away, yelled ,"that tables dirty!!" We said, "we know"...and she then yells, "well, you're supposed to wait to be seated"...Now, not only have I been a bartender, but I have also been a manager, and Instead of giving her pointers on WHAT NOT TO SAY to customers, we exited quietly and went to another restaurant. Mind you, there were maybe 12 people in the restaurant, and perhaps that should have been our first clue. On a Friday night, that lace should be packed.

Our server, Clara L, does great work with serving. She was very friendly and helpful when it came to items on the menu and questions we had about food and drinks. The catfish of a member with our party was very soggy and flavorless. The pasta was good and so was the garden bar. The atmosphere was great. It was an overall good experience!

Parking: There was plenty of parking. They had handicap parking and parking with pretty good spots that were available to anyone.

Kid-friendliness: There was plenty of room for children. Ruby Tuesday’s had a kids menu with a good amount of options. There were drinks that were good for older and younger kids. The servers were kid friendly.

Food was good and salad bar was kept fresh. Wait staff was more interested in the game than service.
