We could not understand the man working at all. We wanted the lamb platter and he took it upon himself to add chicken with the lamb meat. When we said we DID NOT want chicken, he then added even more chicken to the platter. We kept saying no chicken but he kept interrupting us and added more chicken. He then charged us almost 14$ (I assume because he added chicken that we didn't want) when our meal should have only been about 10$ as we did not purchase a drink with our platter. This really ruined the meal for my son because he didnt want chicken in his platter. I was so frustrated that I just wanted to get out of there instead of trying to get the man to understand what we wanted. I am extremely disappointed especially since my son loves Sam's Gyros. I will not go there again if that same man is working.

We stopped by for a quick bite, and we're amazed. The staff was very welcoming and polite. We ordered the mixed gyro meal. The portion size was great. The food tasted way better than the gyros we get back home. We will stop by every time we are in the area.

Sam’s Gyros has always been a favorite since I first moved to KY. Always clean, and the food is healthy, delicious and refreshing. The owner is such a wonderful person too, he’s never in a bad mood!

Awesome food and amazing customer service! Made us feel at home even though it was getting close to closing time. Glad to see Sam in his new location serving the community he loves. Definitely recommend for everyone to stop in and enjoy some good Greek food and friendly service!

Got the lamb plate. It was amazing. Customer service was outstanding. Very friendly. Definitely coming back to try more stuff on the menu.

I called OUTSIDE business hours...at 930 am. This gentleman answered and took a whole order for me and my family based on MY CHICKEN SHWARMA HANKERING I HAD FOR 2 DAYS!!! This was the sweetest! This damn food is STUNNING!! I am so pleased with the flavor and sauce is CRAZY good! Get you some SAMS GYROS YALL!!!!

So glad they are back up and running at the new location. The food is still fantastic!
