Best Japanese and Sushi in Elizabethtown. They're hours can get confusing and they close often but it's very family run and owned and understandable. Been going to more than a decade and always the best service and food.

Sim Sushi is a great little Asian restaurant located off Ring Rd in Elizabethtown. The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is clean. Of the menu items we tried, we particularly enjoyed their appetizers and sushi. Their menu is very similar to Sakura 17, Ginza, and Kansai, although prices are a little better. One thing that really stood out was the great service, most probably the best we've experienced at any restaurant locally. Overall, we enjoyed the restaurant very much and will surely go back to try other menu items.

Best sushis in Elizabethtown. They order the premium fish only, good presentation and excellent chef’s suggestion based on your favorite flavors and dietary needs.

Vegetarian options: They’ll customize everything for vegetarians

They were short a server and made sure we knew there would be a wait before they even set us. They checked on us several times and brought salad and soup while we waited. Our food was so good. Worth the wait. Our server was awesome. Great experience.

this place used to be my favorite japanese restaurant in etown, but not anymore. it doesn’t matter how hard you try, it is ridiculously hard to catch them open. their online hours do not reflect their actual hours, because it seems like every single day they decide to close early just because they can. they unplug their phone so you can’t place a take out order and don’t have a website still. had been trying to call since 6:30 and by 7 we gave up and tried to drive up there. they’re supposed to be open til 8 but the doors were locked, with people eating inside, and the employees just stood there and stared at us through the door like we did something wrong. we just wanted to place a take out order but this is probably the 10th time we’ve tried to eat there this year and haven’t been able to. i’m done trying and they won’t be getting our business, doesn’t seem like they care too much anyways. wasabi in elizabethtown is delicious and their customer service is amazing. i would suggest going there :)

Very unreliable hours. I go elsewhere now after trying 5-6 times to eat there.

We really love this place. But the last 3 times we have tried to have dinner here, they are closed for various reasons. It’s really disappointing to not be able to rely on it. They also don’t take to go orders over the phone so that’s annoying.
