This location used to be one of the best places to eat and hang out in our area. With car shows great fast service. Every time we have went over the last couple of years the service is terrible. Food is overpriced and the wait time is even worse! Today there were Four cars in the drive-through two pulled away because it took so long and I still waited 25 minutes to place my order I got to the window and had to wait an additional nine minutes to get my food. 34 minutes in a drive thru is INSANE!!!!!!

It was very slow and I ordered ahead approximately 10 minutes. I got my order and the drink was disgusting and not what I ordered.

I did a mobil order at 7:02 might I say I got a single drink. And I am currently still sitting here at 7:54 waiting. I’ve pushed the button three times to get someone’s attention until I had to finally call the store and say i’ve been sitting out here for a good 50 minutes. If I was at work and on my break I would have had to leave by now. Get more workers is all I have to say.

Slow service
This location needs work. Past two time sive cane through I've wait 25-30 understanding they may be low staff or something. But the customer service was awful. Rude and hostile. Sadly only sonic near me and I can't can't get my favorite drink.

Worst Sonic ever, they always have the slowest service even if you order on the app. Half the time they don’t even have the items that are on their menu so when you do order on the app they come out and tell you they don’t have it and then when you ask to change it to a different item they look
At you like you’re crazy. Absolutely horrible customer service!! They need to be shut down.

So disappointed. Worst Sonic experience ever. We waited a long time for our food in the drive thru while we could see the staff goofing around. I'm all for having fun at work but after waiting maybe 10 mins in the drive thru, almost all our food was cold & had clearly been sitting for a while. Nothing but 1 burger was fresh & warm.

Never had a good experience at this location but tried to give it another chance today. Ordered $63 worth of food through a mobile order. I arrive at the restaurant, they bring me half of my food and none of the shakes, they tell me the machine broke down earlier. Asked if I wanted a refund I said yes, they left and never gave me a refund, never talked to me about it. Had to go through drive through to receive my missing chicken. Wait another 20 mins. My other food is cold. Never again. Awful customer service and the manager on duty was no help. They didn't want to deal with it at all. July 13, 6:40pm

I will probably not be back. It took us almost 30 mins from the time of ordering to get 3 drinks and we order ahead on the app. We had to go to the door to get someone's attention. The excuse we got was they were under staffed. They have really went down hill since covid.

They gave us microwaved corn dogs after we waited for our cheese sticks which had to be fried in oil anyway and they were really rude. This was a second chance after a year of not eating here...... never again.

I am a delivery driver. After informing the team at Sonic I was here to pick up an order for delivery, I waited 20 minutes while they ignored the order I was here for and kept taking care of other orders in drive thru and pull ups. I then pulled into drive thru and informed them I was reporting them for breaking merchant delivery policy and got screamed at by the person on the intercom. Literally screamed at. At no point did I use offensive words or harsh tones. It seems to me that there needs to be a better trained team and that some people need to get some therapy. Do not take your problems out on delivery drivers, we are people that are supposed to be treated like customers. I really hope your customers aren't treated like that either. Absolutely ridiculous.
