Took us 30 minutes waited at stall 4 then decided to go through drive thru to get my order and no one answered the mic so we pulled to the window to get my order that I put through on the app and still only got 2 of the 3 drinks that I ordered and was served the 2 drinks with an attitude and disrespect

So slow and none of there pull-up stalls are ever turned on and the food is the Sonic food I’ve ever had

Today I tried the smash burger i think its the best burger I've ever had
Every one was doing their best but please hire enough people so I don’t have to wait 10 minutes at the window before I even pay for my food.
If you like to wait in a line of 2 cars or less for more than 20 mins at a time then this is the place for you. I don’t know what’s happened to this sonic but it should really think about closing its doors. Maybe the area it’s in has too many choices and they just don’t care to bring you in or back for repeat services. The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. My opinion.

Love the soft pretzels!
I love this place but today was nasty. Ordered a smash burger and tots, and another smash burger and fries. These were not smash burgers and were dry like they had been sitting for a while. The fries looked and tasted like they had been reheated by being refried. I was starved and had left so I ate it anyway... I may regret that later... Stopped at McDonald's for my mother who refused to eat hers.

Took ten minutes for me to get 3 chicken strips that had no meat and a Dr.pepper and it cost me over $9!! Sonic in Etown has went down hill tremendously since Covid hit- at this point they mind as well shut down because every time I go (which is hardly ever) it’s not a good experience.

Don’t even bother with this sonic. This place is an absolute JOKE. No one knows what they are doing and it’s POORLY ran and managed. Placed some orders via the app. went to pick them up. Took forever when they were not busy, they rushed me out with all our orders. Get a mile down the road to my destination, to find out most of our orders were wrong. 99% of our drinks tasted like pure carbonation which if someone was doing their job, they would have known that by the weak color of the drinks. When I called to speak to the person who “claimed” to be the “GM”, named Sar, she couldn’t even keep a conversation with me because she was too busy barking orders at other people and sounded incredibly overwhelmed. I watched several cars in the drive thru pull away while i was there because they took 10 mins to take one order. There was only a total of 4 cars in the entire place so they were not busy. Probably the reason why this place has such bad reviews and is ran so poorly. Management needs to lead by example, it isn’t rocket science on READING an order ticket and putting the things on the ticket in the bag. No wonder all sonics are going out of business. this one def needs to be shut down. When I called the store, the “GM” had an attitude and was rude. I have contacted corporate and I will be following up with this. One of my co workers didn’t get a single thing they ordered yet sonic was trying to refuse to give him a refund. I mean you just can’t make up the non sense we had to deal with last Friday night. Never ever again. I’m still waiting on my refund…..

I’m not sure how this place is still in business. Any time I’m here, I have issues getting help from the stalls. Last time I was here, I ordered a large mixer with a BOGO coupon after a long wait in the drive thru, I was told I couldn’t use it for a large only a “regular” size despite the coupon saying any size. The time before that, I was trying to pickup a doordash order, and I had to go to 3 different stalls to try to get help and after waiting 15 minutes, the lady told me they gave the food to someone else already.
This place shouldn’t be allowed to operate on Doordash. Any time I am here it’s nearly impossible to get help from the staff. Today, I accepted ANOTHER order (because I am a glutton for punishment) pulled into a stall and didn’t get help for over 7 minutes, proceeded to pull into the drive thru and waited at the speaker for another 5 minutes, and I’ve now been stuck in the drive thru for another 5 minutes on top of that. I’ve now been here 18 minutes waiting for an order that was placed well in advance.
I would like to update this review to say that the young lady working at the window was doing a great job, maintaining her patience and was very kind when she finally got me my order. It looked like she and maybe one other person were working at the time doesn’t seem to be her fault .

We ordered via the app. Got here, checked in. 45 minutes later they bring us cold food. There needs to be a way to cancel an order on the app. Just close the place already. There are several other establishments that would love to build on this location.

I was the only person in the drive thru and there were 4 cars in the stalls. It took me almost 15 minutes to get a medium order of popcorn chicken and a medium fry.

We went to 2 stalls and I still had to download the app to even get an order in and it took a long time to get our order and they tried to give us half the order till I mentioned something the food was cold and tasted old over all it was just a bad experience

They got my take-home order completely wrong and the food wasn’t warm. Either get new management or close this location down. I would recommend not going here.
