HORRIBLE customer service, slow service. The employees are more concerned with talking to non customers at the patio. Spend over $30 at this location and NOTHING was satisfactory and couldn't get the attention of a worker to get order fixed. So we left and will not be back. I would like to be contacted behind the ridiculous customer service

If I could give negative stars, I would. Service here is nonexistent. The food is mediocre at best, and that is only if they get your order right. I have left there without ordering so many times because they ignore you. Just the other day, I stopped in to get a shake for my daughter who was being released from the hospital. I pulled up to the drive up. Two employees saw me, but after five minutes, no one took my order, so I pulled into a stall. Five minutes later, they finally took my order. Fifteen minutes after that, I still had no shake, but I had to leave to get my kid, so I hit the button and told them to cancel it. They asked me what I ordered, and I told them. They said it would be right out. It was. It was also melted. It had been sitting out waiting on them to stop playing around in the kitchen, which I could see them doing, and do their jobs. Oh, there were only three cars there, including mine. That was the last straw. I will never go back. Their management should be fired along with their entire staff.

We were here for about 30 minutes they were slammed unfortunately the server let us know that one of the other servers walked out so she was overwhelmed but she did a great job picking up the pace and she did an awesome job getting the food to the car and a timely manner

Ordered ahead on the app. Checked in at a stall and it said my order was in the kitchen then on its way. Flagged down a server who brought a later car their food and we were supposed to let them know personally. We got hot food a few minutes later that was similar but not what we ordered. It did taste okay.

Only thing fresh is the shakes. Rudely greeted by an employee who's shift had already ended but was hanging out at picnic tables out front. He decided to meet me as I was walking up and say "what you want?!?" I just wanted the restroom key. Which was out of service. Then back to car to press the red button to order and waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me they were drive they only.Parking: They were drive through only.

Went to order my son some food about 8:25-:830 and was told by a worker they could not take my order due to online orders and I was the only car at a stall beside 1 other car he took a order to and like 5 cars in drive through. The best part was when he told to me to hit the dash I said what do you mean he said well go somewhere else because we are back up with online order he did apologize and I said ok that’s fine and went to McDonald it’s sad but maybe they where short staff but close the restaurant to the public is you can’t compete your job

We went before they were closed and the girl at the drive through laughed me then asked our order then after told us they close in 60 seconds we can’t help you and then laughs on the entercom. Really disrespectful and not called for!
