Stop by ther today to get me my favorite drink which is Carmel macch iced with 2 extra shots and it was perfect along with the message wrote on my cup that said Don't drop your crown queen, thank you so much to the one who wrote. You are an amazing person ❤️

Barista very rude !! Just left Starbucks and I don’t plan on returning to this location. I go twice a day Starbucks on mulberry In e-town then evenings ring rd sometimes … Barista handed me my drink … my order was wrong venti iced white chocolate mocha suooose ti have whip cream … she got an attitude .. then handed me my drink ..

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks: Overpriced and Lacking Quality

My recent experiences at Starbucks have left me feeling underwhelmed and questioning the value of their offerings. While the coffee giant has gained a reputation for its premium pricing, I found the overall experience to be lacking in several aspects, leading me to question the justification for the high prices.

First and foremost, the prices at Starbucks are significantly higher compared to other coffee chains and even local cafes. While I understand that the brand focuses on providing a premium experience, the actual quality of their coffee doesn't seem to justify the premium price tag. In fact, I found the taste of their coffee to be no better than what you would find at a place like McDonald's or other fast-food establishments. It's disheartening to pay such a premium price for a beverage that doesn't deliver a remarkable taste or experience.

Moreover, the atmosphere at Starbucks often falls short of creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. While some locations may have a cozy ambiance, I have encountered instances where the staff's attitude towards customers has been less than desirable. I have experienced instances of disrespect and poor quality service, which further diminished the overall experience. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere is essential for a coffee shop, and it's disappointing when that expectation is not met.

Considering the high prices and the lackluster coffee quality, I struggle to see the value in choosing Starbucks over other more reasonably priced alternatives. The brand needs to reevaluate its pricing strategy and ensure that the quality of their offerings justifies the premium cost. Additionally, training and fostering a culture of respect and exceptional customer service should be a priority to enhance the overall experience.

It's important to note that this review is based on my personal experiences at various Starbucks locations, and others may have had different encounters. While I appreciate that Starbucks has a loyal customer base, I believe it's essential to seek coffee options that offer better value for money and a more pleasant experience overall.

Please consider exploring other coffee options in the market that may provide a more satisfying experience without breaking the bank.

I haven't been in a while to the actual new store, but I'll not go again in the gloomy mid afternoon. Service without a smile and friendly bantor almost never happens there. It was earrily quiet and although I received my coffee quickly other than, thank what can I get you? then $$$ and thank you were the only words from all there were no other customers there. I guess they had their minds on something important. That happens. A hard morning and calm afternoon breathing room I'll have to try again just to make sure it was a rare occasion. Enjoy your cafe break. Smile even when they don't.
