$6 for about half a coffee. Not from here so couldn’t exactly turn back after realizing. after driving 5.5 hours, this was a real let down.
I have never been to a starbucks that was this slow to get you a drink.

Is Starbucks what can you say the staff is always pleasant as it is a nice place I mean they stay busy so much it's hard for them to maintain the counter as well as the dining room area but it's Starbucks so you going to get a lot of sugar so if you're a diabetic I highly suggest you take your medication but it's a good place

Great service and friendly staff at this location. I observed them being very polite and helpful to a customer who was ahead of us in the drive thru.

Order the coffee and left. I did watch a very nice lady struggle to try and bag up all of her drinks and the attendant would not help her so I did. She spent a considerable amount of money which seems a little frustrating.

Horribly managed it seems - as someone who used to work as a shift manager at an other Starbucks, it is clear that this store is mismanaged and disorganized. Multiple times I have waited for an unacceptable amount of time to receive one drink. The staff is slow moving and often times just talking to each other and not working while there is a huge line of people waiting.

Ordered inside, received half of our order, waited 20 min just to be told by the manger that they are behind on mobile orders and will make it when they can. We asked for a refund, no apologies. Terrible management.

I was just here with a friend. Asked a simple question to the girl at the desk. Peyton. Her tone was so incredibly rude and condescending, rolled her eyes and answered back as if I'm an idiot. I simply asked "if she is paying for a trenta cup, will she get that amount of coffee?" Her response was "well obviously if she ordered a trenta it's going to be filled" and rolled her eyes, as if i am supposed to know. I felt the aggression and responded with "hey I'm just trying to ask a question" Aggressively said back "i gave you the answer you wanted didn't i?" At this point I'm baffled by the fact this girl was being so completely rude and disrespectful for no reason. Whatever is going on in her day should not be my issue.
I felt completely uncomfortable with this whole situation and asked her to not talk to me that way, she said "well you can talk to my manager standing right there" laughin at me.

The manager Tyler, seemed as if he cared but then kept being g up that my friend has had issues in that store. Great, this is my first time being here, why should i be talked to that way? How is it ok for any staff member to speak that way. He stated he knows about my friends apparent issue, it feels as if he condoning the treatment shes been receiving and condoning this behavior towards me by association. It felt as if i was getting the fake customer service care from the manager, so i walked away.
I did as we were leaving say out loud that Peyton was rude and that was not ok to talk to people that way.
I was shaking. How is it ok for any staff member to be so rude and condescending in the beginning?

Normally I'd give a starbucks 5 stars. Been a daily starbucks drinker for at least 20 years. I've been getting the same drink since 2021, told how to order by a Starbucks batista in Texas where I was living when I first started ordering this specific drink. I've had no issues ordering it in towns in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, California, Arizona Utah, and Kansas. For some reason this particular Starbucks is the foam and cup police. I pay extra for foam but they absolutely refuse to let me ask for my coffee in a trenta cup to give room for the extra foam I'm paying for. Claiming it's a standard they have and that their higher-ups say it's a no go. I've now asked if this is a "standard" at other etown & Radcliffe locations as well as the location in Colorado I go to. It is not. The only standard they have is that they have to pour it into my cup. There is no trenta cup standard especially since I'm paying for the extra foam. Most locations even give me extra foam in a separate extra cup, like the stuff that doesn't fit in the trenta cup, they put in a another cup for me. This is the only location I've encountered that is just plain rude.

My drink was lukewarm and I really needed it hot cuz I was FREEZING! Had to come home and 'nuke' it.
