I’ve stopped at this drive through twice lately. I ordered the fruit protein box. Paid $6+ each time. I considered adding a tip again today. Glad I didn’t. Upon opening the box, the fruit was completely bad. The apples were brown and mushy. Totally not edible. Before handing out such an item, consider whether you’d enjoy eating it. Or check your inventory and toss out the bad ones before trying to sell to your customers.
So after almost drinking my whole coffee this morning, I took another drink and ended up with something in my mouth. The first picture is what I pulled out. I then took the lid off and there were more. Which are those in the other pics, as well as more that you see in the cup!! I called to tell them and they assured me it was coffee grounds. I told the lady coffee grounds don't have wings. I obviously won't be back therefore I wasn't calling to get another free drink, I was calling...read full review
Honestly the best Starbucks I have been to (and I travel often)! The workers are some of the sweetest people, each time I’ve been in there they make sure to address me by name and remember my favorites. It makes such a difference to walk into a warm, clean, and pleasant environment. If I could give them a thousand stars I would!!!!!
