The food was cold and the messed up our order...we ordered 3 garlic burgers and 4 regular doubles with cheese and we didn't get the right burgers and some of our burgers didn't have the right toppings on them. Very disappointing

The young woman at the window voluntarily asked my pronouns and when I told her it didn't matter to me, she became rude. I didn't insist on any part to engage in this conversation, I waited quietly for my food. She asked me without warning or prompting. Thats why this comes across as rude, unprofessional and completely preventable.

I like the fact that you walk in order what you want. Then you go out and get the condiments that you want and your drink and then you sit down, they call your name you go app and you pick up your order, bring it over to your table and enjoy it, there's not a bunch of interruptions, you don't have to wait very long at all that is probably the best. You would almost say it's like cafeteria style.

I gave a four star because the food was good, however having to order ny kiosk was frustrating. There was no ice in the machine and we had to show a code that we got from the kiosk to get your drink! I scanned my code at the counter 3 times before I was able to get a drink from the fountain. I hope this isnt what the future holds when you want to go out to eat.

Hard to navigate the soda ticket that you have to scan. Employee had to get our soda. And a multiple of others while we were there. Other than that everything was great.

My son and I went in for lunch today and ordered 2 meals then her ordered a shake separately, right after I ordered the food. Our food came out quickly and was good, but we never got our shake. We continued eating and figured it woukd come out shortly. But it never came out, 20 mins later when we asked the manager about it she said it was coming right up. Still had to ask several times before someone made it. Once made it was out in someone else's to go order and the manager had to take it out if that order and hand it to us. So 25 mins after ordering the shake we got it and with just a oh sorry about that...
