We will not eat here again, and I can’t eat for Freddy’s to open to give them a run for their money. We didn’t receive half the things we ordered, and when my child didn’t receive their milk with their kids meal I had to get the receipt to prove it. Scanning a QR code for a drink each time is also frustrating. You order everything in the kiosk and you have to pay extra for sauces. The servers were not pleasant either. Just all around not a good experience. I miss the old Steak ‘n steak.

I’m a part time door dasher and I’m in and out of many restaurants daily. I just wanted to let the managers and public know , this place was very pleasant, friendly, and professional! I really had a good experience dealing with the staff at this Etown location! I just wanted to give them props and a very big thank you for being so kind and helpful when I’m picking up orders for customers. I really do appreciate it very much !

Went to Steak & Shake in Elizabethown, Ky. bought two $4.99 milkshakes through the drive thru window on 5/15/25. Both of them were 1/3 of container was really thick whipped topping on the bottom, 1/3 milk shake in the middle and 1/3 really thick whipped topping on top. So only 1/3 of the milk shake was really milk shake, 2/3 was whipped topping. The milk shake part was very good but the whipped topping part was a disgusting cheap taste. For $4.99 each this was a real rip off.

Really delicious garlic burger. Half price shakes 2-4pm Monday-Friday Get the app and get a free shake after 4pm Nutella shake is fire (delicious) so is the banana shake. The pretty blonde with the long ponytail is the only nice worker there. Not sure if she’s the manager or the owner. This place needs new employees and it would do better - take a look at how people at chic-fil-a act.

They've automated everything you order food from a kiosk, and you can't get a fountain drink without scanning your receipt at the fountain, but there's no signs, and no one tells you this. The food is still good, though.
Kid-friendliness: They give you hats crayons and paper cars for the kiddos.

No servers have to do everything your self.....no service At all...my mom even had to clean our table because there is no longer anyone to do it....service is the worst than any other restaurant I have ever been to in my life....never going back ..ever
I wish they would have stayed the same. Alot of people can't or don't know how to use the kiosks employees don't talk and it's so quiet. The food is still good tho

I got the BBQ bacon burger combo it was nothing but grease crunchy and very thin the workers were very rude I have never been so disappointed in my life for 3 people at 43 dollars and most of our food went in the Trash I will put the word out there that the food was crap
