I went to this location on Tuesday December 10th around 130 for lunch. I got home and started to eat. My chips were unbelievably stale. I looked at the expiration date and was given expired chips. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to rectify the situation. No answer. So I used the “contact us” on the subway website. The district manager didn’t even try to make it right. I will not be back if serving outdated food is okay with this company.

This was my first time eating at this particular Subway location. And they were busy! I placed my order on the app & then took my place in a curbside parking space. They brought my order out within a short amount of time & it was wonderful!!

I’ve never had such horrible customer service. The guy that was taking my order inside the store was rude. If you hate your job that bad then leave. Then while my food was right there by him after I had already paid for it he blows his nose and doesn’t wash his hands then hands me my food. Needless to say 15.11 for my food and I tossed it in the trash at the gas station.

They dont ever participate in national coupons or promos. Been doing it for years. Border-line false advertising.The one in Radcliff does usually take them though.

I felt so unsafe while at this establishment that I had to throw my food away because I was worried for my health. The manager Sabrina was clearly on some type of substance and did not wear gloves while preparing any of the food. She was also very rude and i will not be back to this location. Hope no one gets hurt with someone so irresponsible making food!

the manager sabrina t was very rude and super unprofessional. it was almost like she was ‘hyped’ up before work and looking to cause issues. would SERIOUSLY take this into consideration before stopping in this establishment. smelled like a gas stations bathroom asleep stay away!!
