Staff is slow as possible took 20 minutes for them to make our 4 sandwiches ham and cheese and tuna with bell peppers. Crazy

Meghan made us such a delicious sandwich! She was very friendly and attentive. I appreciate that a lot. Best customer service we have had in a long time! We will be back!

And she didn’t burn our sandwich like it almost always is with anyone else. She toasted them at the same time to prevent this. I feel like she went above and beyond to make us the best sandwich.

Sunday, October 5 at 4:50. It was our clean day, and the food planned for dinner did not thaw. So we decided on getting subway. We have gone inside and got our food, and always got exactly what we wanted. I ordered on the app this time, so my husband could just go and pick up. My sandwich was prepared right , but not toasted as I asked. My husband's sandwich did not have any of the right veggies on it. It had veggies on it he hates. No mayo, mustard as he asked for, but had some kind of hot sauce on it! His also was not toasted as asked for. When I called to talk to manager, she was not in. You have one job, make a sandwich the way customer asked for it. It is so freaking wrong to be worned out from cleaning, go pick up dinner and pay a small fortune for 2 sandwiches, just to have sandwiches not prepared properly as asked for. My husband could not eat his because wrong veggies and covered in hot sauce. Maybe you think it's funny to make a crazy sandwich or just don't care. Money is tight for everyone. You should get what you asked and paid for. You get paid to make sandwiches, it is your freaking job! Please take pride in your work, and stop ruining other people's day and wasting their money.

We went at 8:00 PM on 9/19 and the service was phenomenal!! The guy making our sandwiches was super super polite! And the lady who rang us up was awesome as well. 10/10 for customer service and preparing our food!! Will be back!

My first visit in awhile was great! The 2 girls were working by themselves, and was killing it. Meghan && other grls name was Nesha . No wait time, my sandwich was honestly rly good.

She toasted only 1 half for me, like I asked. The next day my other half was just as good!.
All good vibes, that's where I'll go next time

Megan and neisha make you feel welcome, and want to make sure your order is perfect before you leave. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a service worker. And the food, it was the best subway I've ever had. And I used to work for subway! 100/100 stars for these girls!

The person serving me was alright for fast food. My issue is the prices $13 for a footlong BLT is absurd. That's nearly two hours of work if you're a minimum wage employee. For a BLT... Looks to be short staffed too. By the time my grossly over priced sandwich was ready my break was over.

I asked for less sauce, added the same amount as the regular quantity. They had italian herbs and cheese bread but said they cant put it in the oven, so I had to choose another one. Worst subway in Elizabethtown.

My wife and I got a footlong sandwich to take home. When we got home it wasn't the sandwich we ordered. My wife called the store and spoke to the manager who told her she would give us a free sandwich next vist she said she would write our names down ad we said it might be several weeks before we would return. Several weeks later we went back and asked for the free sandwich. The staff acted as those I was a crazy old man, they knew nothing about a free sandwich nor where to check to see if we had been offered one. Customer service is lacking and it will be a while before I return to subway. Their are not shortage of other sanshops in Elizabethtown to go to.
