Came yesterday and used a coupon. Came today and was told they no longer take coupons. I said, well I used one yesterday? They said, well yesterday was the last day for coupons. I asked, why no one said that yesterday? Was told there was a sign under here they keep the chips. Like anyone is gonna see that. This is the 3rd subway to refuse to take a coupon, which they send to my house!!!

Gentleman who served us was rude! He had an attitude while we placed our order in the drive thru. Then when we got to the window he slammed items. We asked him why he was slamming things and he said because he wanted to go home when he had an hour left. Then when had to honk our horn so he could come back and give us our drinks. He then continued slamming items as he made our drinks. Unacceptable!

After waiting 5 minutes to order after employees were looking at me. I ordered a footlong, they didn't give me what I asked for. They were placing toppings and vegetables on the plastic surface for multiple sandwiches. The employee making my sandwich was smacking on her gum while making my sandwich. They made me feel like me ordering food was an inconvenience. After I my sandwich was made I was not even given a bag to carry my sandwich. Spent $12 on the saddest looking sandwich I have ever seen.
