Hands down the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The managers are rude, the employees act annoyed that you even walked in, and basic respect is apparently too much to ask for. No greeting, no professionalism, just attitude and side-eye from start to finish. The manager clearly doesn’t train or care, because the whole place runs like a joke. If being disrespectful was a requirement for employment, they nailed it. Save your money and your patience — this location doesn’t deserve either. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU tell you one thing over the phone then act like they never said it. I will be finding a corporate number and I will be reporting this place

This is the second night in a row that I came through there and ordered a ham sandwich on white 6 inch for my daughter with just olives and mayo. They failed to put the mayo on the sandwich both nights and I asked all I want is extra olives and they tell me they can only put four olives on a sandwich. I believe this is definitely crazy especially since I’m paying what I’m paying for this sandwich you can’t tell me how many olives I can have on my sandwich I mean, I could understand if it was hundreds of olives, but just add adding an extra few olives on a sandwich and telling me you can’t do that it’s subway policy is Ridiculous. Like I said, this is the second night in a row and I will be calling corporate. If that is the only reason I left the one star review the service was OK but once I called back and told him I was coming back up there they told me I couldn’t and I told him I lived five minutes away. It was 955 and they told me they would not remake any sandwich for me by the time I got there. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard from a company. Especially when I’m spending $45 or more.

New employee didn't know how to make sub (that's fine) but old employee left her and walked to the back leaving new employee to do everything wrong. Forgot 1/2 the meat, forgot to cut sub, wrapped sub in 6 inch paper instead of footlong paper.

i’ve worked fast food a big majority of my life & food service workers have my upmost respect. i’m usually extremely understanding especially during busier seasons. i’ve never went out of my way to make a review on something but this is the 2nd time this location has screwed up such a simple and easy order. it blows my mind.
i came through the drive thru and was told immediately that i had 3-4 people in front of me and i’d have to wait (which is totally fine)
when the guy was taking my order he took it so weirdly and i got nervous when he didn’t repeat it back to me. i ordered a simple footlong with chicken, cheese, lettuce, pickles & sauce.
needless to say when i got home i had a burnt ass sandwich with nothing but chicken and a shit ton of lettuce. no sauce. no cheese. no toppings. just a bunch of lettuce with a side of chicken 😂 the bread wasn’t even edible. i had to scrape the rest off and had a nice chicken salad. i spent $18.
im pregnant and hungry so i didn’t feel like going back, but it sucks because this location is right down the road and very convenient. i just won’t be back.

Been waiting for my pickup for 17 minutes. Only one fella working currently. Mad respect to him because he’s hustling, but it’s frustrating that this place is under staffed and this guy is trying to help 8+ people. Please get this gentleman some assistance.

Got a protein bowl from this place and got home put my dressing on and started mixing it to realize it had barely any lettuce. It's a protein bowl it's considered a salad, I've never had a bad experience until now. I called management had an attitude, her employee said there is lettuce I said I'll bring it back to you. For a 15 dollars protien salad bowl it should be fixed right! I mean at least give me lettuce you can see and not have to hunt for it.

I ordered the "Monster Sub" that was advertised to have THICK JUICY STEAK with DOUBLE monterey jack cheese, along with other items of course. The picture of it looked delicious. What a joke! The steak turned out to be a few scraps of meat sprinkled on, and there was no cheese whatsoever. More than likely the combination of a cheap franchise owner, and workers who could care less about the quality of work they do. The price at Subway continues to increase, while the portion size decreases. I'm tired of being misled about the food items and paying a premium price for poor service, and poor quality and quantity of food.

My wife got a BLT sub and they forgot the lettuce and tomato how u gonna forget that it's in the name of the sandwich we won't be back
