Did make it decently fast for level of business but didn't let me know once they found the DoorDash order and didn't call out the name once it was ready. Anyways, Jesus Christ of Nazareth bless 🙌

i’ve worked fast food a big majority of my life & food service workers have my upmost respect. i’m usually extremely understanding especially during busier seasons. i’ve never went out of my way to make a review on something but this is the 2nd time this location has screwed up such a simple and easy order. it blows my mind.
i came through the drive thru and was told immediately that i had 3-4 people in front of me and i’d have to wait (which is totally fine)
when the guy was taking my order he took it so weirdly and i got nervous when he didn’t repeat it back to me. i ordered a simple footlong with chicken, cheese, lettuce, pickles & sauce.
needless to say when i got home i had a burnt ass sandwich with nothing but chicken and a shit ton of lettuce. no sauce. no cheese. no toppings. just a bunch of lettuce with a side of chicken 😂 the bread wasn’t even edible. i had to scrape the rest off and had a nice chicken salad. i spent $18.
im pregnant and hungry so i didn’t feel like going back, but it sucks because this location is right down the road and very convenient. i just won’t be back.

Been waiting for my pickup for 17 minutes. Only one fella working currently. Mad respect to him because he’s hustling, but it’s frustrating that this place is under staffed and this guy is trying to help 8+ people. Please get this gentleman some assistance.

Got a protein bowl from this place and got home put my dressing on and started mixing it to realize it had barely any lettuce. It's a protein bowl it's considered a salad, I've never had a bad experience until now. I called management had an attitude, her employee said there is lettuce I said I'll bring it back to you. For a 15 dollars protien salad bowl it should be fixed right! I mean at least give me lettuce you can see and not have to hunt for it.

Worst place ever had a sign inside saying 7.99 for a build it yourself during happy hour. Nope got the bill over $50 no discount, come to find out only on two sub they make.

Staff in the evening were very rude. We were the only ones here and service was very slow. Did not seem to care or put effort into our order.

I ordered the "Monster Sub" that was advertised to have THICK JUICY STEAK with DOUBLE monterey jack cheese, along with other items of course. The picture of it looked delicious. What a joke! The steak turned out to be a few scraps of meat sprinkled on, and there was no cheese whatsoever. More than likely the combination of a cheap franchise owner, and workers who could care less about the quality of work they do. The price at Subway continues to increase, while the portion size decreases. I'm tired of being misled about the food items and paying a premium price for poor service, and poor quality and quantity of food.

My wife got a BLT sub and they forgot the lettuce and tomato how u gonna forget that it's in the name of the sandwich we won't be back
Horrible horrible experience. Spent almost $17 on a 6-in sub The bread was so soggy I could not eat it. Had to take all the ingredients off. Put it on loaf bread. I had to wipe the mayonnaise, mustard, oil and vinegar off of the sandwich had to give it a one star for me to be able to post but I wouldn't have gave nine if I didn't have to
I gt a pizza and is cold frozen.... bad experience. Please i want yall fired those workers because they have one job and only one and they dont do it good and f your food....
FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I ordered a ham/provolone and veggie sub, I paid $15. The menu stated that it should have been roughly $10. The sweet lady who charged me told me that they are taking that option away. If it being taken away, take it off the menu. Also, the manage who is on duty today (1/18) for lunch, she is totally rude. The last time I was in, I asked her to change her gloves because she was on her phone and she scratched her face. She seemed so displeased that I asked her to change them. She is also loud and demanding towards her coworkers and to customers. If she does not like the job, quit then. Don't make it a terrible experience for everyone.I want my money back because I did not order a $15 sub, I ordered the $10 sub that is on the menu.
