Wildest experience at a Subway. Went through the driveway and ordered 2 6 inch subs. She bizarrely continued to jump back and forth between the sandwiches and I had to repeat both orders 7 times each. Both were wrong when we finally got them. I'll never go through a drive thru Subway ever again. Maybe she needed more training...a lot more.

It's a Subway. Food is standard Subway quality. The lady at the counter was super friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Honestly I've been at Subway locations from New York to this l ok location here in Elizabethtown KY and the I am so happy and impressed with this particular location on West Dixie. Clean and vibrant but most of all the costumer service i experienced was not only amazing not 💯% genuine. Tuesday June 10th here @ 520 pm. These three are really a true asset for subway..I won't go to any other location.

Didn’t go inside so I can’t speak on the place itself and stuff but damn. The footlong oreo cookie is amazing.
Also got this wrap thing but it tasted a little weird but the cookie was all i could think about. 🫣

Im not a fan of subway. My son likes it . He had a ham on Italian herb bread with cheese lettuce pickles mayo and banana peppers. I was really upset that I paid $10 for a lousy 6 in sub wow. I will not go back would rather have jersey Mike's personally but they are way overpriced as well. People was really friendly was un drive thru but looked really clean.

We stopped at this Subway on the way back from Florida to help my sick father. We stopped to get a snadwich to go. It was a very stressful time. The sandwich was one of the best made to order. It was clean and very friendly. The best is about 3 hours away we realized we left my car, home and garge keys at the restaurant. We called and they had not been found, yet looked everywhere to help. I called again a few days later, certain I had left them there; Tina answered the phone and said "yes" we have them. We will get them to you whatever it takes!!!! the feeling of good people who care is incredible!!

I drive by this Subway all the time on my way home from work every single time I stopped in the Drive-Thru to buy a sandwich after 8:00 p.m. no matter what I asked for they are out of it. Management needs to find new employees because they just simply do not want to work. Why have a sandwich shop if you don't really want to sell sandwiches. Get rid of the flunkies and find people that want to work I get it, I'm a business owner myself that's easier said than done.
messed up my order twice and refused to make it a third cause “they fixed it once already” though it was wrong!! poor customer service

Never have experienced such terrible customer service. We ordered drive-thru during a slow period, we received poor communication and took nearly ten minutes to order. A sandwich was fully incorrect, and we went inside to address the issue. One employee was very aggressive and began arguing and shouting.. we turned around and left missing part of our order. For those passing through, do avoid this establishment!
Would leave negative stars if I could. I ordered a 6 inch sub and there wasn't even enough meat on it for my 20 lb. one year old to eat. She was asking for more food after she ate all the meat and some of the bread.

I asked for a footlong flatbread and they folded it the wrong way. When I asked for more meat because they did it wrong they said oh that's just the way we do it. The meat station is hidden so I couldn't see what they were doing either. I asked again at the register why I am being charged for a footlong when it is only six inches due to being folded the wrong way. The guy said there is nothing he can do about just pay your bill and move along. So glad I don't near live here but just traveling through. Be warned you have to be overly specific if you want anything. The lady in front of us asked for a chicken salad and they misunderstood her as well. Please educate your employees. No shame in not knowing something until you've learned it but please be willing to learn.
