I had a very terrible experience tonight at Subway. The woman with red hair had an attitude from the second we walked into the door. Not only was she rude to us, but to a Doordash driver picking up an order. She messed up our order multiple times and each time we said something to her she clapped back with attitude and utter disrespect. She was rocking back and forth and dropping things, she seemed very scattered brained. She couldn’t remember the answer to a question she had just asked. Overall worst fast food experience i’ve ever had, and I will not be going back to this Subway again.

Dry stale bread and stale cookies.
Great place for a sammich! Typical Subway. Good food and fast service. If a kids sports team shows up, service can slow down, but usually you can get through the line in 10 minutes.

I pulled up to the drive thru no cars in front of me, only two cars in the parking lot. The employee tells me she'll get to me when she can she's busy. I say ok i can wait a little bit. Then she tells me it will be faster if I come in. There was a personal reason why I didn't come in that's why I went thru the drive thru. Half an hour later im still there, waiting. There was no I'm almost done, no I'll be with you in a minute...nothing! This isn't the first time ive had to wait more than I believe a customer should. Waiting 30 minutes at a drive thru is completely ridiculous! This store is very convenient for me but Ive never been more dissatisfied. I won't be back.
Carol and Adam gave exceptional customer service. I was so refreshing to be greeted by with a smile and talked to with respect. Many other companies could learn from them.

Bread was hard on my delivery order tonight and to top it off they forgot the cookies so I just love paying for things I don’t get. It’s not that hard to verify items that were ordered are in the bag.

We will not be going to any subway anymore. You barely get any meat or toppings for that money. The amount of money it cost and the amount of food you get is so far off. I can get double the sandwich meat and toppings at Jersey Mikes for the SAME price. It’s sad the business has gotten so skimpy. No more subway for us and I’d save your money!

Whoever makes the food for the drive thru doesn't give a shit about service there. My bread was literally stuck to the wrapper. The bread was soggy and the sub was sloopy. It was absolutely disgusting. Never have I ever gotten something so nasty.

I found a zip tie and bits of plastic the size of bb's in my sub. I didn't notice until I was chewing it. The workers were understanding and refunded me, but I'm still giving 1 star because there's no telling where the plastic and zip tie came from, that's gross. Not to mention that that's a choking hazard.

Went in with a 2 footlongs for $12.99 coupon from the weekly mailer adds and was told that this location does not honor national coupons.
Location doesn't accept coupons. Prices are too high without a coupon.
Went here with a 3 12" subs for 17.99 and was told this location doesn't honor national coupons. Neither does the location down the road. What is the point in being a chain restaurant if you're not going to honor coupons?
