Bread was hard on my delivery order tonight and to top it off they forgot the cookies so I just love paying for things I don’t get. It’s not that hard to verify items that were ordered are in the bag.

We will not be going to any subway anymore. You barely get any meat or toppings for that money. The amount of money it cost and the amount of food you get is so far off. I can get double the sandwich meat and toppings at Jersey Mikes for the SAME price. It’s sad the business has gotten so skimpy. No more subway for us and I’d save your money!

Whoever makes the food for the drive thru doesn't give a shit about service there. My bread was literally stuck to the wrapper. The bread was soggy and the sub was sloopy. It was absolutely disgusting. Never have I ever gotten something so nasty.

I found a zip tie and bits of plastic the size of bb's in my sub. I didn't notice until I was chewing it. The workers were understanding and refunded me, but I'm still giving 1 star because there's no telling where the plastic and zip tie came from, that's gross. Not to mention that that's a choking hazard.

I walked in to order a tuna footlong and it had wayyyy to much mayo in the mix. I walked back out.

Bread was not cooked barley at all. It was still white, the veggies seem fresh and everything but they did cook it properly and I didn't get my bacon.

Went in with a 2 footlongs for $12.99 coupon from the weekly mailer adds and was told that this location does not honor national coupons.

Location doesn't accept coupons. Prices are too high without a coupon.

Went here with a 3 12" subs for 17.99 and was told this location doesn't honor national coupons. Neither does the location down the road. What is the point in being a chain restaurant if you're not going to honor coupons?

This is the worst Subway. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. 20 minutes after the pickup time, my sandwich still wasn't ready. No other customers at all. None. I went inside and found my sandwiches sitting on the counter. Who knows how long they'd been there. Again, no other customers. If they were busy, I would understand that.

There was 2 employees working. One very sweet older lady and another younger male. The older lady was working the entire subway by herself. She made and rung up 7 orders solo while the other guy was just blasting music in the back singing along. The older lady went on her break and while we were eating a few more customers walked in. After they waited 5 minutes with no one taking their order they asked to the kitchen if anyone was there. The guy comes out yelling at them that he can’t make sandwiches because he is doing closing duties (it was 3 hours before close). He tells them they have to leave because the lady is on break. 3 of them left and one guy said he was fine waiting and will wait. The male employee threw a fit over this and repeatedly came out fussing at the customer telling him he was being confrontational by forcing the lady to make him a sandwich. Again he was just simply waiting for her break to end and explained it would be longer for him to drive to another subway and then drive back to his house on the same side of town. The male employee then threatened the customer and walks off to the back again. Luckily the older lady came in from her break and took the waiting customers orders, by herself again. She deserves a huge raise and all the tips from that shift. The other employee was clearly on something.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TWEAKER ALERT. Went to this subway yesterday and ordered a menu sandwich. Let me tell you, when I say there's nearly nothing left, they could screw up. The meats were correct. Bacon was raw, full of veggies I didn't ask for at random, and none of the veggies I wanted were present. Had to order twice because the cashier was so high he couldn't function. The whole lineup looked high, in fact. I was asked what my drink was again to which I responded "coke" and the guy did a quick turn to grab and hand me with a vacant expression.....you guessed it not a coke with the lid off and the cup soaking in soda on the outside so now we wait for the chips and head out. I only realized all this after the first few bites of my sandwich that something was a miss. Being the entrusting man I am, I decided to roll with the punches and go without food, but it was too late. Now I'm at the doctor's office for severe stomach pain and vomiting less than a day after. Thank you addicts. It's not enough to mess up your brains, but you gotta mess other people's lives as a result of your mental state, not that I expect any of you to be able to read this. Do us a favor and go find a nice ditch or an overpass to do drugs. Not on the job in a professional environment.

Subway used to be one of our favorite fast food stops. However, not sure what is going on with them anymore but their service is horrible. We had a very negative experience at one subway in town where the cashier overcharged me $30+ dollars because instead of charging $4 per kids meals she charged me for each item and when I took the receipt back to the register she and a co-worker argued it was correct. One employee finally called a manager who explained I was correct but the employee said I would have to come back another day with my receipt if I wanted my money back because no one there could open the drawer and give me my money they just took 5 minutes prior. My husband was scheduled for surgery the next day so I didn't make it back that next day to get my money back. I tried this same Subway about a month ago thinking it might have been a fluke and did an online order for curbside pickup. I got there 5 minutes after the time I was sent that my order would be ready and after waiting almost 30 minutes I called inside to ask about my order and was very rudely told that they were busy and my order still wasn't ready and I'd just have to wait and then hung up on me! I ended waiting 45 minutes past the time my order was scheduled to be ready.Today, we decided to try a Subway on the other side of town. I did an online order for 4 ft long subs and a kid's meal. When I checked the bag it had the kids meal sides but not the actual sandwich so we had to go back inside to get it. When we got home and took the ft longs out of the bag one was correct and the other three were totally messed up. The olives for one sandwich was put on the wrong one. Then two of the sandwiches had the type of bread switched. But the final straw was the sandwich that we opened and it was nothing but the meat (with the incorrect cheese) and absolutely not one single vegetable that was requested and no sauce! When I called Subway back hoping they would try to make it right, I was told that I would have to drive all the way back, bring them my receipt, and bring the actual sandwich and show it to them! I explained that I did not have the time during lunch to drive back but I could send pics and was told "Sorry, that's our policy."What makes me even more angry is the fact that on both of these online orders I actually did the "suggested tip for their servers"!Subway, you have certainly lost what was previously great fans and we will be discouraging our family and friends to avoid the potential for any further screw-ups!
