They need to go for a good training, worst place ever visited. 30 minutes waiting. Cold food. Don’t try this place please 🙏 This people don’t know anything about running a food restaurant. I’ll see to many long faces especially those who’s serving the food.👎😬.

Stood at the counter for a good while. No one acknowledged that we were even there. Three vehicles in the parking lot, including mine, and one of those was pulling out. Maybe one in drive-thru. I know that there is an issue finding help...but say hello, at the very least....

Made an online order of 12 nugget meal. Get home and it was a tender meal with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Took it back NO APOLOGY AND NO OFFER FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. Ridiculous!

I am unsure why this location has gone down. Each time we have come to the drive through they make the entire drive through pull into the parking lot to wait. Three cars today. That defeats the purpose of a drive through. Order, pay and sit in the parking lot. I’ve never had this happen at any other location. As soon as I looked in the bag and saw the atrocious fries, I threw the bag on the floorboard and went down the road to White Castle. I didn’t even bother checking the burritos. Not only were both of the women at the window at White Castle wonderful compared to Taco Bell. We did not have to wait for food.

I JUST ordered food from this location and the gentleman with the ponytail was extremely polite. I haven’t even tried the food yet but kudos to him because I would definitely return based off the service I just received. I wish I would have gotten his name.

This location appears to have gotten new management, and it shows. A location that used to be avoided has become the best of the three locations in Elizabethtown. Great food, proper interaction with staff, and get food quickly. Really happy to have this location running so much better now.

I live a couple minutes down the street so this is my closest KFC and Taco Bell. Every time I come here The employees are either rude. Can’t get my order right or my food is cold. How am I being asked to go wait at the front of the building instead of at the drive-through window and I get cold food? It makes no sense. On top of that the employees nasty attitudes don’t make anything better. Yall need to do better!!!!!

Very clean and the service was quick and efficient. The whole crew seemed to work well together and it has came a long way from what it used to be
The person working the window did not seem to understand our order we had to repeat it numerous times. Our food was still wrong. Went inside to get it corrected, stood at the counter for several several minutes and one of the cooks had to come take care of me, even though there was a manager sitting in the dining room. Doing nothing but playing on his phone.
