This had to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a taco bell in my life !!! Order inside. We ordered two soft tacos and two bean beef and cheese burritos and payed for our order and set and waited for almost half an hour !!!!went up to the counter to see what was going on . The girl at the register side there wasn't an order in our name !!! Then asked if we where even at the right location!!! I could get if they where busy but in the 30 min we where her two people order in sade and three in the drive through! After fighting with them for 5 min they finally made are food. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I do prefer this Taco Bell over the other ones that are local to me. Always hot, toppings/ingredients are plentiful, and they are always so friendly.

Would give zero if could.
Imagine you have an option on your online menu to ask for diablo sauce. Up to fifteen. So you do. And they don't put a single sauce, or napkin in. I worked at the location in Radcliff and we would never be that incompetent. Do your jobs or quit working there. Like it's not hard to read off the screens. It lists the x15 Diablo.

I ordered a happy hour freeze (add tomatos) and got exactly what I ordered. Amazing. I honestly wasn't expecting them to accept my request to add tomatos to my freeze, but they did. Major W.

This location doesn’t answer the phone nor contact you about issues when asked to be contacted through the app after an issue with an order.
I came through the drive thru last night the girl with the headset was rude, not sure why she is employed. Even stuck her middle finger up at someone trying to get in the front door.
Besides her spent over $30 order wasn’t correct and the food received was terrible barely anything in my taco. Can’t reach anyone to let them know. Obviously need a change of employees at this location.

I orded Loaded beef nachos but got nachos loaded about a cup of beans. 1/2 ts each guacamo, sour cream and almost a 1/4 ts of beef.

ordered at 12pm, didn't get my food for 25 minutes, while at least 30 cars came and went in the drivers thru AFTER I placed my order.. ordered, got their food & left as I'm still waiting.. their only priority is the drive thru & not customers dinning in.

Upon visiting this Taco Bell location they were not very busy. As I placed my order the cashier her name is Emmilie N was not very professional at all. I was trying to ask her what was on a specific menu item and she looked me dead in my face and said I don't know it's not that hard to click a button and tell me what ingredients are on there. Also after ordering we simply let them know there were no napkins in the lobby well my food came and my daughter got her food and it was a little messy so we needed napkins. We asked again the lady Emmilie muttered something under her breath and acted like it was a problem that she had to come out from behind the counter after doing nothing but stand there to put napkins in the lobby which is her job. And after ordering my food was left out and I had to go back to the register to even ask for it and it was made wrong when it was handed to me. Truthfully my order being made wrong and not even being made in the first place I can get over but I can't be over the one taking orders treating customers like that! That's who you have representing you at the front of your store, a very rude lady.

Service is always friendly, and my special request favorites are made just the way I want, every time.

Vegetarian options: You have to ask what is vegetarian, or ask for the vegetarian menu. If you want vegan (no dairy) you can customize bowls or Crunchwraps to eliminate dairy pretty easily.

Dietary restrictions: For non-dairy, it's pretty easy as long as you specify to the server 'no cheese, no sour cream'.
