Vegetarian options: You have to ask what is vegetarian, or ask for the vegetarian menu. If you want vegan (no dairy) you can customize bowls or Crunchwraps to eliminate dairy pretty easily.
Dietary restrictions: For non-dairy, it's pretty easy as long as you specify to the server 'no cheese, no sour cream'.

I’ve been standing at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and have yet to be acknowledged.
I’m watching one of the ladies here continually berate the gentleman working with her. I feel sorry for the guy because he’s taking a tongue lashing.
The last seven or eight orders I picked up from here have been ready we’re almost ready and the staff have been very friendly so I just wanted to update my review .
