Only been to this place one other time out of state and wanted to give it another try. Place want busy at all. Don't know if many people come or not here i was across the street at Walgreens and tried to do an online order but it gave me some far out pickup time so I opted to go inside and order in person. I go in already knowing what I'm interested in and the lady at the counter was super snappy pointing at the menu like I'm blind. Then as I wait for the food I hear loud ranting from the back about who knows what...Idk maybe she had a bad day or something but i get my food Sandwich overall was OK. The ham is super good I'd probably order just ham and do my own sandwiches at home next time. And order only via door dash not in person I won't say they are the friendliest. Seems like a family run establishment.

Met the owner who started working there decades ago and saved enough to buy the company a few years back. Now if that isnt thw definition of pride and dedication to your craft and community, i dont know what is. His employees stay for years which is a testament to his leadership as well. He made 3 different recommendations, the precooked bbq ribs, the cheesecake, and the ham cut ends. Every single one of his recommendations was a homerun hit. I looked like a superhero having came home and had dinner ready by the time the wife got home. Defrosted the ribs in the microwave for 20 min, heated them up in the oven for 15 min and boom check out the first pan fall off the bone goodness, kept the second pan together so you can see the rib Slab in all its glory. Kids and wife raved about them, best part I didnt have to marinate, season, or smoke em for 4 hrs lol. Turned around snuck out of bed and made omelets with the cut ham ends wow the perfect combo of saltiness and smoke absolutely savory. Cutting this short so I can tear into the cheesecake right now. Highly recommend you stop by here, cant go wrong with any of these options, plus you will be supporting one of our own local Elizabethtown community members along the way.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are so rude, every single time I call. I’ve wanted to eat there since I was a teenager, I’m almost 40, I still haven’t. I’ve tried multiple times over the last year to order a small lunch, as I am in E-Town once a week. This last Tuesday was too rude. I felt like I was talking to an angst filled teenager, but was clearly a grown man. I wanted a ham sandwich. After the sarcasm and huffing, I eventually asked why he was so annoyed with me. He told me they don’t like to serve lunch and they try not to. This call took place on speakerphone while I was looking at their lunch menu to be sure I was quick and knew what I wanted. He then became even more agitated with what one would think was the simple fact that they had paying customers, I eventually told him never mind. I didn’t call 10 minutes before closing. I called around 11 a.m. Needless to say, I am giving up. Also, will encourage others to not visit this location. Life is too short to be such an outright burden on a business that keeps its doors open with hungry customers.

I’ve tried to order lunch from this place multiple times over the last few months. Today I called for a sandwich. The man who answered was so rude to me that I eventually asked him why he was so annoyed with me calling and asked if they don’t serve lunch. He huffed at me and told they don’t like to. Then why offer it? This was so disappointing.

The most RUDEST employee I have ever experienced. Food is great, but will NOT be back. Literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked for something different on the sandwich.

Very friendly staff. Ordered the Chicken salad croissants, owner was not there this time, our croissants were a bit dry this time and they really cut back on the chicken salad I guess hoping to get a few more orders out of it since it is so popular.

Kind of a cluster... 1st time here, not very explanatory. The workers, when talking to each other, made it clear was not interested in guests by constantly ignoring them. ?

Bought a $50 ham supposed to honey glazed but was dry as can be and had a weird after taste. Had to glaze it my own so it wasn't bland. Didn't get what I asked for. And yes the people could have been a little friendlier for the amount of money you spend.
