Arrived at 12:01a for a pick up order, but the worker said they were closed. I saw my order on the counter and pointed to it, the worker said he can't do anything. When I asked for a refund, he said to come back tomorrow with a receipt. Yikes, hope the food was good though😅

I honestly love Wendy’s and eat it a little too much but this go around I found a little black bug in my food INSIDE the wrapper.. customer service was great and offered to replace the sandwich.. disappointed with the sandwich but appreciative of the customer service from Dianna

Service was slow. 8 people working, 15 minutes to put out a single cold hamburger. Nothing has changed since I was last at a Wendy's in Florida 4 years ago. I like to give restaurants that are really bad a few chances. Wendy's single and a small coke $8.04 seems a little expensive 😅.

Wouldn't give me a receipt when i asked said machine wasnt working. Ordered 2 med baconator meals charged me for them then gave me 2 small plain jr bacon cheeseburger meals instead of what I ordered.

When is Wendy’s ever going to learn how to operate a restaurant? You’ve got 87 people in the back one person backing orders and nobody ever at the register the person bagging the orders has looked at me standing here waiting to order for 10 minutes it was 15 minutes of me standing here waiting to order before I ever got to order nobody cares absolutely zero customer service and it’s like this at every location. Wait time is ignorantly insane.
