Night shift does a terrible job they've messed up my drive-thru order several times and when you call them the night manager will argue with you about the order you placed & has hung up on me several times rather than correct the order I would not recommend the store when the night crew is working they do a terrible job, and when they know they're messing orders up they won't answer the phone at all.

Service is a 3 only due to Terri! She was awesome during this whole process! The cashier Terri was amazing but the manager for night shift Becca is horrible. #1. Raw hamburger meat on my baconator. They did replace after telling Mike to make sure the burgers were done. “She didn’t want to make anyone sick!” #2. The replacement per manager “ it’s done I checked it myself” was in fact not done. #3. When she Becca was told the 2nd one wasn’t done. Becca replied “I know it was I checked it myself!”. I’m the manager and I know cooked meat! Umm excuse me what does being a manager have to do with cooked meat? I’m refunding your money. Me that’s fine I just left the ER “kidney stone” and I don’t want to go back. If you eat there watch your burgers because more than likely you’re getting served half cooked burgers.

I received horrible service from this woman. I think she was the manager. She was unnecessarily rude. I think she got irritated when I asked for chicken. Wendy's in Baltimore sells fried chicken. I just hope she get the energy she puts out!

I really wish I could give a zero star. So my boyfriend went through there drive thru last night. Clearly asked for fresh fries & got over talked and said they were fresh already. And of course when I got home they wasn’t fresh at all. And our sodas were flat as hell. My burger didn’t even have a patty on it !!! So I called to get it replaced. , came up there the next morning. Just to get told I had to wait for the manager I spoke to , to get told work. Just for her to argue with me and tell me she could only replace one burger & all my fries has to be small even though I paid with my hard earning money & clearly paid for large fries. & this is every time I come. I at least should had gotten what I paid for fixed. ! Especially since I had to wait for her to even get to work. They need to do way better !!!!

I asked the lady if I can have potatoes cooked to order get to the window. She hand me the bag. I asked her again if I can have cooked to order potatoes and she says huh I said food that gets cooked after I order she says what I said, cooked to order potatoes I don’t know how many ways I can say this She continuously kept saying what I told her never mind thanks for the cold food I won’t ever be back she says oh you’re welcome if I can get this place is zero star. I would they need new people there the people that actually care.

I'm so disappointed. This is the second time in the last month that I've gotten the maple bacon chicken sandwich and they left the bacon off both times. Yall need to get it together.
