I have been to many different white castles, this by far was the best I've ever seen!! You can tell that the place is very well managed. The crew is very professional and polite, you could see them all back there working well together to get everyone's orders out. It was extremely busy but they handled it like a boss!

Hello everyone ! Let me tell you. WHITECASTLE is the home of the original sliders. I'm making my way through the menu and man oh man their new sloppy joe slider is very good . Their staff were helpful, courteous , and mindfull of others. Prices are fairly inexpensive to medium price range. The new sloppy joe sliders are .99 cents each. 4/16/24, we had excellent customer care and service . Burgers were great as usual.Parking: Clearly marked for vehicles , and the same fro handicapped parking and entrance. Restrooms are also wheelchair fruendlyKid-friendliness: Small menue. Accomdating highchairWheelchair accessibility: Recognized parking, opened table end for ease of parking wheelchair.

Let's start with the appearance walking in. There were wet floor signs out implying that mopping had recently occured, yet there was dried sauce on the floor next to the wet floor signs, so clearly it had not been mopped recently. Additionally, areas of the floor were sticky. And it appears that there is a leak under the soda dispenser.As for the tables, many were dirty and had not been cleaned in long enough time that dried, spilled sauces were visible on many.The men's restroom was dreadful. The floor was sticky and there was dark stuff on the floor in the stall (didn't investigate further).Supplies at the drink station were also low or empty.My food was markedly better. While the fries were not as fresh as they could be, the chicken rings were very fresh and tasty.The service however was great. The staff were pleasent and patient with my family's order and provided prompt and courteous service.
