Ordered the 5pc fingers in Lemon Pepper seasoning. It was DRENCHED in grease and rasred horrible, to include the fact that the fingers were as big as my baby finger!!!!

20 minutes maybe 30 waited in line… 20 minutes maybe 30, for a wings and tenders …. Older lady taking orders is rude as hell… I’ve seen 10 cars maybe more get there food from the window yet I still sit and wait for a 14$ meal I ordered now 30 minutes ago!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

If you’re thinking of getting the new bacon ranch quesadilla, don’t bother. $8.69 for ONE chicken finger…MAYBE 1 1/2. The sign says 3. That would be ONE chicken finger PER triangle. What a waste of money. I can’t post a pic for some reason but I have one of my $8.69 chicken finger slathered in ranch.

Drive thru , long lines but figured this was because food was being made fresh. Got the 4 piece strip meal. Fries were hot and crispy , good coleslaw , Texas toast was okay , best peach tea I have ever had. Chicken strips were hard , dry and inedible. Strong odor of old grease Will never go back.

Food was terrible. I love Zaxbys so this makes me sick to give a negative review. This location is a NO-GO! We ordered 3sets of tenders and fries. Tenders too hard, fries severely over seasoned. The lady at the window was looking into our car all crazy. She had some issues. My daughter called and manager said she would give us 2 new orders of fries. Ahhh yeah no thanks. Everything was bad.

Usually love zaxbys, but this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Cashier was constantly upselling and did eventually upsell me on medium drinks by asking “medium or large for the drink”. The option for regular sized wasn’t offered, so I got up-charged for a medium drink. Whatever, not the end of the world. Our two orders of food took about half an hour to come out, which was very frustrating with just a few other customers in the restaurant. When they finally did come out, I was missing a fork. Went to the front and it was plainly obvious no one at the front cared to see what I was missing, so I finally had to just blurt out that I needed a fork. Sure felt like no one at the restaurant cared in the slightest about taking care of customers.
