Extremely disappointing and very frustrating. We were seated at 8:00 and had to flag down our waitress to take our order. We got three Alfredo’s, a small pizza, and a medium breadstick. At 9:20 we received two Alfredo’s but no word on the breadstick, other Alfredo, or pizza ordered. Staff were extremely rude and not attentive whatsoever. They never checked on us or apologized for the long wait. They were not busy at all and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Will not be back to that location again.

Me and my fiance walked in they seated us got our drinks and then went and three employees stood in the kitchen on their cell phones and talking and we was in there for 25 minutes and never got any kind of service when I went up to tell them we were leaving the manager was standing back there. Leaning up against a table texting on her cell phone and the other employees walking around talking

We went for dinner tonight and for some reason the cook forgot to make my husband's order. So my daughter and I got our foid at least 6 minutes before he got his. The manager was very nice and refunded us more than what the dish was. Can't say enough nice things about our waitress. Very professional, funny and attentive to our needs. Definitely going back again. Thanks Marcie!!

I normally never do these review as I feel it will negatively impact the actual employees and not the management team or owners as it should. I placed an order on Saturday for one of our kids birthday and when my son picked up the order and brought it home it was completely incorrect. I called and spoke with a manager, she stated that we received the wrong order and assured me that I would receive a full refund and if i wanted the specialty pizza that we ordered than she would make 1 quick. Well quick it was and still not what we ordered. As a state manager myself I fully believe if you as a store manager make a decision than you need to stand behind it and do what you say. Well i guess the fact that we use to order and eat from this location a few times a month and not getting my refund we will now be finding a new place to spend our money and get what we pay for. To the owners, Maybe get some more training for managers and not just assume the business will always be there. Once a customer is lost the amount of positive return customers needed is twice as much to overcome the amount of negative impact 1 bad customer may of had.

We had a few people go in our group. The food was good once we got it. The waitress didn't come around a lot. She was slower getting our drink order, our regular order, and then even forgot to bring out parts of the food. Our salad came out after our pizza. Some people in our party were told their pizza never even got put it. It was corrected. The food was good. The place appeared to be clean.
