embarrassing. this mcdonald’s is the worst ran i’ve ever seen, forcing people to pay extra for sauces that you can order for free in the app/on the kiosk but they won’t give them to you unless you pay for them. the managers can’t even teach their employees how to put food together correctly but want to enforce “rules” on customers that don’t even make sense. your employees slop food together like they’re making it for barn animals, managers talk crap about customers RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, and the GM runs the place like a dictator that doesn’t really care about the quality of what’s she’s selling. sad to see how downhill the place has gone over the years. do better for the sake of the small community you serve.

All of the food was hot and fresh. I had a quarter pounder with cheese and medium fry. They made it fresh to order and brought it to my car. Not a long wait and very tasty 🤤

48 minutes for a med fry and large coke! Poorly managed by a boney long haired kid. They were overwhelmed when a basketball team stopped in. I aggressively asked for the manager and was ignored. He intentionally removed my order number from the order display. I complained again. it wasn't until the basketball team was served that I was acknowledged. I've never experienced being ignored by a manager. Or have my order wiped off the board in a passive aggressive manner. Luckily my anger did not come out. it was mostly disappointment. Had It been somebody else there could have easily been a cluster f#&k. Usually everything is okay

Had trouble speaking today from sorethroat and when I pulled around to the drive-thru window, they were very patient, figuring out the mobile order and taking their time while I couldn't speak. Definitely somewhere I recommended going.

Today I went through the drive through and was blessed by the kind employee I think her name was Kaylee! She took my order and answered all my questions about the menu. She was efficient and professional and helped me figure out the McDonald’s app as well! I recommend the McDonald’s in eminence if Kaylee is working!

if i could, id give negative stars. They told me to pull to a parking spot and when I did, I waited 30 minutes till an employee came to give someone else their food, he asked me what I ordered and I told him, and he told me to go inside, because they didn't have it. when I went inside, whoever it was that finally decided to make my food, you could definitely tell it was just thrown together, as soon as I picked up my sandwich, a handful of lettuce and the tomatoes fell off.
