Had trouble speaking today from sorethroat and when I pulled around to the drive-thru window, they were very patient, figuring out the mobile order and taking their time while I couldn't speak. Definitely somewhere I recommended going.

Today I went through the drive through and was blessed by the kind employee I think her name was Kaylee! She took my order and answered all my questions about the menu. She was efficient and professional and helped me figure out the McDonald’s app as well! I recommend the McDonald’s in eminence if Kaylee is working!

if i could, id give negative stars. They told me to pull to a parking spot and when I did, I waited 30 minutes till an employee came to give someone else their food, he asked me what I ordered and I told him, and he told me to go inside, because they didn't have it. when I went inside, whoever it was that finally decided to make my food, you could definitely tell it was just thrown together, as soon as I picked up my sandwich, a handful of lettuce and the tomatoes fell off.
It was not the cleanest, lots of dead flies around the seats, but my fries were fresh and my order was correct

My father fell at their facility. One person came out and was gone in less than two minutes. Nobody even acted like they cared very disappointed at this place.

If I could, I would give this place negative stars . The drive thru pulled us for 1 caramel frappe. We waited 30 minutes because the staff didn’t have the intelligence to tell us their machine was down. The only reason we ever got the drink is because I went inside after 20 minutes, when it was apparent they were not brining it to us.The manager even told me twice, after I went inside, “it was dispensing “. Another 5 minutes later, noticing the trash on the floor behind the counter, teenage employees running around behind the counter accomplishing nothing and two other employees asking what I was waiting on, I was handed a runny caramel frappe with melted cool whip on top with no apology or any form of customer service. When I turned to leave, there was another customer that had been pulled from the drive thru right after me who had also come in to complain about not receiving their food. What a pitiful excuse for a fast food restaurant. The customer service here is light years away from when George ran the place. This location gives McDonalds a bad name.

$2 additional for a low carb burger! So forget the fact that I had taken off the bun, pickles and cheese, at least half the yield cost. Profit over health is what this tells me, might be time for (super size me 2) since Mcds has removed 70% of the healthy options.
This is insane! I'm here for lunch, I am 1 of 6 cars parked to the side waiting on an order! Grey haired woman manager yelled to another employee how she doesn't have any food up so she'll just park everyone. That's crazy! I manager in fast food as well and I could never!!! Talk about a total lie around here. I understand wanting to have a good SOS during these peak hours, but maybe you should have the appropriate amount of food dropped! Will never come back, sorry I stopped in this tiny town!
Just want to say, although I had an issue today and had to drive back to the store to get It fixed, Brian the manager resolved it to my satisfaction and i'm a happy girl. Customer service is excellent. Mistakes happen. The way you fix it is everything!
