This place is losing its personality. Everyone seemed force to be there. Like they weren't enjoying their job. I know everyone has a bad day sometimes but it seemed like EVERYONE was having a bad day. The vibe was off, no smiles, thank yous, you're welcomes, gestures. Nothing.
