I think the staff’s attitude is great and welcoming here. I do get a better experience with the taste of my coffees and some food menu items at this location than others. However, the wait you have to go through at this location is such a huge downfall. Waited almost 15 minutes behind 2 cars. Never even got to the speaker. Cars were shifting to park. At the speaker they even parked because they were waiting on someone to get their order. Huge gap at the speaker versus the car...
Not a huge fan of this Biggby. I came to this store with my card with 12 points expecting to get my free one, she tells me it won't scan(I've seen them type it before when I had a bad card). I pay the 8.05 even though at every other ky biggby it's 7.49 and in Cincinnati it's 6.99.
