Big Mouth’s Restaurant is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the kind of place that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is always quick without feeling rushed.

The highlight of my visit was the catfish dinner—perfectly seasoned, golden crisp on the outside, and tender and flaky on the inside. It’s clear the folks in the kitchen know exactly what they’re doing. The sides complemented the meal perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and homemade.

Whether you’re stopping in for a hearty meal or just want a relaxing place to unwind with good company, Big Mouth’s is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Big Mouth's is great! We really like the burgers and fish dinners. It's straight across from the state boat ramp so it's a convenient place to stop before launching the boat. Also has big wrap around covered porch with tables where you can watch the planes take off at the airstrip across the road. They usually have sporting events on tv so it's a good place to watch a game as well.

First time we visited Big Mouths, all I can say is you better bring an appetite. The portions are huge and everything we ate was awesome and enough for a second meal. I highly recommend the snakebites, they were delicious. My wife had the cod sandwich and it looked like it was 3” thick. I had the Italian sandwich and the bread was toasted perfectly and the taste was awesome! The service was great and the place was clean and relaxing. I highly recommend Big Mouths and it’s right across from Rough River Dam State park so bring a boat also😁

Friendly staff/owners! FRESH food(hamburgers, meats) make a big difference in the taste and quality! Onion Rings are my favorite. Locally the best place for a meal!

My family ordered burgers and I chose the catfish meal for myself, it wasn’t the southern battered fished I had read about. Whatever fish I did get was more like seasoned with a season salt. My fries were good but I was not a fan at all of the fish I was served or the slaw! I’m not sure I’d ever order from there again. The two younger ones in there were nice and polite and I appreciate that. But the price though for something that wasn’t edible by myself.

Was met at the door when entering by several staff members who told us we couldn't enter bc I was wearing my side arm. As a USMC veteran and well within my state and federal rights this was beyond insulting. They have 100% lost my business and others who I will share this experience with. For the record, there was no posting on the door.
