Stopped in, while traveling. This location was very clean, well staffed. Everyone working, was actually being nice to each other and working like a TEAM. Awesome customer service, order was correct and the food was hot and fresh….Great job!!!
This used to be the best Mickey D's. Now the service is lagging and the food isn't prepared as well. When ordering in the drive thru it sounds like there's a party going on in the background, which leads to miscommunication/ repeating.
Excellent service! And very friendly

McDonald's in Falmouth offers exceptional customer service with pleasant staff. The drive-thru is easy to navigate, and orders are accurately taken. The food is well-made and served quickly, with a high chance of the ice cream machine working. Recently, some customers highlighted the quick service and fresh food, noting that their meals tasted better than ever before. While one customer felt that the service was not exceptional, others praised the pleasantness of the staff, especially a woman named Dawna who was nice and polite during a busy curbside pickup. This location is a great spot for a quick bite while on a road trip or after a day of fishing with the family. Parking is available all around, and it is easier for those with disabilities to enter through the main entrance on the right side of the building.
