Cadi is awesome! Such a nice and joyful person who provided exceptional customer service. Never been to Falmouth so I'm already meeting nice folks in this town. Hot coffee and frappes! Roadtrip onward!

The food is good but the service is very poor. I ordered through the mobile app and went through the drive through. They had my order when I arrived but suddenly lost it when I went to receive my food. I told them the order and they still gave me the wrong food. I went inside and told them the situation and the cashier just threw away a perfectly good burger that was the wrong burger. Then after I waited they still had trouble with my order. We went through the drive-thru after fishing with our grandson. The outside lane was easy to navigate with a trailer and a boat. The person who took the order was pleasant and accurately took our order. Our grandson is a plain cheeseburger fan and it is amazing how many times it doesn’t happen. Our order was correct and freshly made. He was so happy! Thanks!
