I prefer to dine in. Of my last 10 visits, I have managed to actually get waited on 2 times. I don't understand why the dining room is open if you don't want people using it. At this rate, I'm saving money every time I have to leave empty handed, just to go home and cook. The staff act as if your interrupting their socializing if you ask them for assistance. Disappointing this store is half mile from my home but I have to drive to Ashland if I want a Burger.

We ordered using the kiosk. A forty piece nugget, two drinks and a fry. Our food was brought out, no straws, no napkins, one ketchup. Went up to get straws and ketchup, met with attitude and napkins thrown on the counter. Family member was given tea that had too much sugar in the bottom and asked for a less sweet one, then was given a lemonade instead? The service was awful. The workers were talking loudly about drama and very unprofessional. Even the manager. There were people standing in line while they were talking for almost 10 minutes The place was dirty too. Dead and alive flies all over the place. Could barely eat without them landing on food. All of the seats and tables were sticky. Bugs squished all over the windows. I had eaten here for breakfast a couple months ago and it wasn’t so bad. But we will never be going back. It’s not the customers fault YOU forgot napkins, straws, sauce. We were patient and understanding because it’s lunch time. But there was no reason for them to have so much attitude. They obviously don’t care about their jobs

They will charge you extra for stuff, then mess your order up entirely. What's with the fires being put sideways and spilling into the bag? Do better. Check your bags with these people.

My Big Mac was DRENCHED in Mac sauce. I couldn't eat it. The fries were fresh though. The people were nice. I really was looking forward to that Big Mac and it was so disappointing! Did is expensive these days and my money was wasted. I'll never go back to that particular McDonald's.

The ap really is a game changer. When you pull to the window just give them your code and you’ve zoomed in front of everyone. Not that I’m in such a hurry to be first. But it speed things along for sure.
Today I bought my bestie and myself some iced sf coffees, they were alright. In a pinch McDonald’s coffees aren’t terrible. The customer service was meh at one window but great at the other. So I didn’t deduct any stars.
Quick meal and didn't see much else around for cheap and quick in this area. Stay packed here for the most part, I didn't like the way you have to pull in at the light but who am I, other than that just like any other McDonald's I've been too.
