Foods good and people are nice but there’s no baby changing station in either bathroom and you have to ask for everything there’s no napkins or anything for you to get while sitting down you have to ask an employee for everything

This McDonalds is usually pretty busy. They've only got my order wrong a couple times in several years. The crew is always happy and friendly at this McDonalds. I frequent other McDonalds in my area and this one is where you find most of the smiles. Old men still gather here for breakfast in the mornings and on a slow day it still feels like the 1980s....with a modern kitchen and Gen z types running the place.

Bingo. Picturesque location in Flatwoods. 4:40 pm and they’re making a fresh pot of decaf after I ordered a single cup. I doubt it is all drunken however the gesture is very service-forward for a low price point customer

I hope you came for meander food because the only fast thing here was excuses. We ordered ahead on the app for curbside pickup. They brought out mine and my wife's food fairly quickly but we were waiting forever for our daughters happy meal. To the point I went Into the store to figure out what happened. Still have no answers. Food was cold. And the box was soggy because the bag of apples was punctured and had time to soak into the cardboard. Eat somewhere else.

I would like to thank the Flatwoods, KY location, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Today was a hard day for our family, as we had to put our dog down. Her appointment was at 10:45am and we wanted so bad to treat her to a couple of cheeseburger’s before she crossed over the rainbow bridge. The manager was wonderful as I explained that by the time they switched over from breakfast to lunch menu, there wouldn’t be enough time to let her eat and make her vet appointment on time. They prepared Sugar 2 cheeseburgers 15 minutes before menu switch and didn’t even charge us when we went to pick them up. Sugar really enjoyed them and that warmed our hearts with the task we had ahead of us. We will always appreciate your kindness and understanding.

I prefer to dine in. Of my last 10 visits, I have managed to actually get waited on 2 times. I don't understand why the dining room is open if you don't want people using it. At this rate, I'm saving money every time I have to leave empty handed, just to go home and cook. The staff act as if your interrupting their socializing if you ask them for assistance. Disappointing this store is half mile from my home but I have to drive to Ashland if I want a Burger.

We ordered using the kiosk. A forty piece nugget, two drinks and a fry. Our food was brought out, no straws, no napkins, one ketchup.
Went up to get straws and ketchup, met with attitude and napkins thrown on the counter. Family member was given tea that had too much sugar in the bottom and asked for a less sweet one, then was given a lemonade instead?
The service was awful. The workers were talking loudly about drama and very unprofessional. Even the manager. There were people standing in line while they were talking for almost 10 minutes
The place was dirty too. Dead and alive flies all over the place. Could barely eat without them landing on food. All of the seats and tables were sticky. Bugs squished all over the windows. I had eaten here for breakfast a couple months ago and it wasn’t so bad. But we will never be going back. It’s not the customers fault YOU forgot napkins, straws, sauce. We were patient and understanding because it’s lunch time. But there was no reason for them to have so much attitude. They obviously don’t care about their jobs

They will charge you extra for stuff, then mess your order up entirely. What's with the fires being put sideways and spilling into the bag? Do better. Check your bags with these people.
