“Last Saturday, my mother and I stopped by to check this place out. My mother ordered country fried steak and I order the open face turkey. When the food came to the table it looked wonderful. Mother's steak was delicious. My turkey was awful. The gravy was extremely salty. I couldn't eat it. The compassionate waitress took it back and put in my new order of soup beans and fried potatoes. The beans were burnt. The potatoes that were to be homemade should have been honestly represented as what they were...deep fried home fries. I didn't go for a third time. The server removed my food and we settled the bill for Mother's food. This is what upsets me. I am a chef myself. I am not judging this business. I am disappointed. If you call things Pappy's or Mama's or Granny's anything it is expected to be from scratch or made with the best ingredients and with real effort. I looked around at the 3 tables that were occupied around us. These patrons were eating burgers or fish. The food looked like IQF from Sysco freezer products. Unless Pappy's Mamaw taught him how to order on the internet I would bet safely that none of this food was "homemade". Deli sliced meat, packaged gravy that is over reduced, stale sliced bread, and the green beans were a casualty of missing ham or bacon or even butter sweated onions. Pappy, contact me and I will show you how to cook like my great Granny showed me. I do come at a solid price but we, the people, deserve it!”

“Needed a custom cake last minute, they told me no problem they would fit me in. Picked up the cake and it was just like the picture I provided, and delicious. Would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this bakery!”

“Tried for the first time today. The service was fast and food was hot. I ordered for takeout. The previous reviews are right it is a lot of cheese but I enjoyed the pizza. The cheese sticks are good as well and the dipping sauce reminds me of gattiland but that's not a bad thing for me. Prices were reasonable and you get a good amount.”

“I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period”

“I deducted a star just due the the amount of employees working. When you release coupons in the local paper, please have enough people to help the influx of new customers. Kayla and Brittany were absolute beasts, turning out 10 to 15 sandwiches in just a few minutes. However it's not fair on them to have to do all the work because the establishment doesn't have enough crew members. Treat your employees better and they will do more for your business.”

Today I bought my bestie and myself some iced sf coffees, they were alright. In a pinch McDonald’s coffees aren’t terrible. The customer service was meh at one window but great at the other. So I didn’t deduct any stars.”

“I have been enjoying their brews since they opened. They have a few standards always on tap: blonde, red, IPA. The real treat are their small batch rotations that are outstanding. This is a small local brewery owned by someone who loves beer, and it shows. The food truck on site has great food as well. This is an awesome spot if you live in the area or are just passing through.”
