We were in Pikeville for a concert and wanted Giovannis. We requested delivery, and it being busy in town, didnt expect it for a bit. We were pleasantly surprised when the hot and fresh food arrived 30 minutes later!! Our Giovannis isnt that fast! So happy!!!
Most Giovanni's food seems pretty close to any other and for the most part this one is pretty good. There are some of the staff that are really friendly and attentive but there are more that are not.

I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10.
