Twice now, have ordered an extra large pizza, paid for it, and got a large instead.This last time was over an hour for delivery for a pizza that was to small to feed my work crew of 3 and it was cold
I know I've reviewed before but I just love this place and I think the people who've done a good job deserve the praise! When I come down to visit this area Papa Johns is just a quick 2 minute walk down the street from me, so it's super convenient to eat here all the time! I've been lucky enough to always see the same people working which I think is a great thing, I like that I can get to know the people making my food! Awesome experience. Delicious pizza I will definitely be coming back for that awesome customer service. Our pizza was piping hot when it got to my house thanks to the driver getting here so fast. He was also very friendly.
